A lot of people thought or still think the jetpack is gimmicky because of the controls. The cruiser is just a mega version of that in my mind. Once the controls are second nature, it'll probably start getting called OP
@@xrekt9590 Press X to doubt. The jetpack does everything the cruiser does but better. It's faster and you completely avoid enemies. Only drawback is not being able to transport 2 handed items.
I think the jetpack is better just because it's always consistent. A lot of times, random rock/pumpkin spawns can mess up some of the consistent routes for the cruiser, and I like to run Rend, which means fire exit can be hard for the cruiser. I feel like you could theoretically go around the mountain and park at the top of fire, but vision is such a problem on that route that it just doesn't seem worth it to me.
@@Cats_on_fire On high quota runs, you will be doing multiple jetpack trips with artifice loot. Cruiser is dogwater. Jetpack takes more trips, but it's still faster and safer.
I would like it if you did that high quota run, as it would serve as an eye-opener to some users who think the cruiser is garbage. I’m practicing the controls and I have to say that, if done correctly, it is extremely good. A thing nobody mentioned is that you can use the cruiser to carry your own equipment, allowing it to have new uses never thought out before: - if you have difficulties finding the exit when inside, bring a radar booster and you will easily find it. - if there is a locked door, bring a key or a lockpicker (making this niche item actually useful) -you can bring up a weed killer to both fix the car and kill weed -that occasional slime annoying you? The boombox solves it all Basically, as long as you know how to drive the car, you just have infinite space, which is busted
@@scribblecloudthe radar booster is pretty useful if you know what you are doing. There are mainly three methods of helping you out on finding back the exit to the outside of the facility: - If you play with a friend, they can get to see the radar’s perspective, so they can see anything that happens around it, including players. They can also ping them to make it create a sound to guide you back to it - when turned on, the radar constantly makes a small noise, similar to an engine. If you place it somewhat near an entrance, you can guide your way back to the radar, and then the entrance. - it also offers some decent light. Not only that, it also is a unique blue light. So you can place it in somewhere on the facility to, again, guide you back to the entrance. While the radar is powerful, it’s 60 credits. While that may seem cheap, if you want to reuse it, you have to take it back with you, which wastes time The only downside it truly has is the hoarding bug enemy, as they can kidnap your radar and forget its position. However, you can use that to your advantage, by finding its nest and killing it with skill. If you are playing in an industrial interior, I would suggest you placing the radar when getting near a corridor with multiple exits, as you will easily remember your way out once you see it again. On mansion interiors on the other hand, you could place it 3-5 rooms further away from the entrance, and place the radar in a position that will remind you of your way back once you get to see it again
Just imagine the radar as if you were placing scrap items in a line to make it a pathway to guide you back to the exit. Also, if you thought I meant finding the fire exit, I’m sorry for the confusion
I have never tried this but wouldnt 3 jetpacks 1 car be pretty insane? Im a pretty new player but when thinking about it one guy would get the car while three others loot as fast as possible. And then you could just bring everything back with one trip. But I feel like the only map this would work on is artifice.
@@JuppeD your idea is pretty good, but it doesn’t need a jet pack, as there is a ship upgrade named the inverse teleporter, which instantly transports you to the facility. While some may argue that it isn’t as good since you can’t bring anything with you, you could complement that by someone using the cruiser to bring to the entrance everything they need, or the signal transmitter, which can communicate to everyone around the map. If you need to decide wether using a jetpack or a cruiser, it all depends on skill, the risk you’re taking and the conditions in mind. If you have enough money, you don’t want to learn how to fly with the cruiser and your play style consists of the guy on the ship, then the jet pack is for you. If you rather prefer investigate inside the facility and consider taking a considerable amount of time practicing, then the cruiser is for you (since the trade off is pretty massive). Hope this helps!
Haven't watched the video yet, but I'm going to assume it's about tips and tricks on how to use the company Cruiser, and that is not my problem with it. My problem is that every time someone buys it, they immediately blow it up.
This is just horrible! How can you make a company cruiser tutorial, make it sound like the best thing ever, and not even use it once inside the facility?
What's particularly exciting about the company cruiser is that the existance of one vehicle and the ship's ability to take it between moons means there is now the necessary groundwork to add additional vehicles. Though the ideas are perhaps a little limited, there could at the very least be a true meme option sky platform with absolutely no help to you on its helicopter-like controls, or smaller, faster craft with low capacity but perhaps the ability to store multiple of them for your whole crew.
If you want ot do the HQ run here are some tips: Turn the engine of so dogs dont destroy it. Close the hatch so hawks don't destroy it or put items on the roof. Always turn the Magnet UP at the start of the day. Drive back early at 3PM if you want 0 risk solo or if you're playing multiplayer. Don't boost unless you need to because the noboost jump is useful for getting unstuck. Park in corners whith few AI-node connections so entities dont accidentally bump into the cruiser (example, park at art Fire instead of art Main) Drive slow-ish and by tapping A D and W instead of holding unless you're trying to turn around the car. Don't use it on eclipsed, DO use it on stormy rain and flooded Destroy trees on your way to the exit so you have more space to kill avoid or outrun enemies on the returntrip Reload the save in orbit to teleport your scrap from the cruiser inside the ship or only load it on the roof so you can unload it into the ship by sticking your arm into the square wall of the square rectangle on the roof to drop items down into the ship through the ceiling
I'm a bit late to this, but pro tip at 5:38, if you spam click left click quickly with the homemade flashbangs, your character will actually throw it before it goes off and it won't hurt you 👍
The big thing is that I’m pretty sure over 90% of players: -don’t know the cruiser exists -view it obsolete -genuinely don’t like how it feels to use -can’t get a grasp on the controls as sometimes the instructions or apparently some key fails get included with the drop…? -are under the impression that the size of the vehicle would make it counterproductive to even buy, especially given how easy it is to… lose the cruiser. Had a friend who hopped in and immediately ended up blowing the thing to pieces. While I myself like that there’s content on UA-cam for helping with this, the point is: pretty sure that 90% also won’t know this video exists, but I’m also positive that a larger sum will take it as a skill issue callout doused in calamity soundtrack. Excellent choice by the way.
A lot of people also likely don't know that it's insured and you can just order another one. Granted, that's only once, but still way better than having to rebuy it.

3:12 That's not actually how the super jump works. The direction you jump is dependent on your movement keys, WASD. You can jump in any of 9 directions including straight up. You can also influence the unboosted jumps the same way, though it is very slight.
thank you because I always tell that to everyone, the cruiser is really good for when its stormy so you can easily carry stuff for example... anyways I appreciate the cruiser defense but it's still hard when the monsters can easily destroy the cruiser and we have nothing we can do about it sadly
I noticed pressing break while mid air helps with making landing safer. So if you are using boost-jump to cussion the landing, make sure your engine isn't going full speed. (Using this I can consistently get to main on Assurence)
i mean the cruiser is absolutley terrible to control, no arguing about it but thats the point since it gives so much in return and jetpack is also rly awkward to control
The cruiser gives no reward in return for the skill it takes. Just use the fucking jetpack. It's way easier to learn, it's faster, and you avoid enemies.
@@AaronScotzand you can lose it if something bad happens and it costs way more. Plus you can’t carry two handed items with it. If you are late game and have infinite money basically you can have 2 people with a jet pack come in and another with the cruiser, while someone stays inside the ship so you don’t get wiped.
@@AaronScotz You can transfer everything in one go including bigs without much danger since enemies can't see you inside. If you know how it works and how to drive it properly you can make it semi consistent. With the jetpack if you fly too fast or too late or leave it behind you also lose its reward.
I love that it’s hard to drive, it make me feel smart when I do good 🥰 and the feeling when you get all your loot and you boys in the car and make it back? Epic roadtrip filler episode moment
The thing about the cruiser controls is that they don't work like vehicle controls in ANY other game If you press A to turn the wheel left, it will STAY left. If you press W to accelerate to a certain speed, it will STAY at that speed. If you want to drive straight forward you can't just release A/D. You have to manually turn the wheel back until the cruiser is moving straight forward again. Same goes for the gas pedal. That's why holding S while switching gears is effective
You can still get a small bit of use out of the cruiser on Adamance by driving it up to the gap and parking it there to compress the 2nd half of the way back into one trip, which can lead to less deaths to baboon hawks and giants, or save sometime if you get a lot of 2 handed items, it's still only a slight benefit, but you can squeeze something out of it in a pinch if you want to. And to add on it definitely very useful especially on Artifice where there's a lot of stuff to take back and you can actually see where you're going, plus it allowing safe (driver dependent) transport of two handed item while the jetpack cant is a massive help.
Amazing video David! I didn't even know you could jump in that thing and I've used it a fair few times! The only thing I might add for tips is you might be better off dropping 2 handed items on top of the cruiser in my experience, just to avoid the floor glitch. Great stuff man!
Something I found out way too recently about the cruiser: the super jumps actually go in whatever direction you're holding. If you don't press a direction, it'll do a neutral jump. The neutral jump speed is dependent on your current speed. However, you can also jump forwards, backwards, left, and right just by holding the direction you want to go. This works best after a single neutral jump since the extra height guarantees you won't bump into a slope and start rolling.
I love using the Cruiser, and you have prouvded an invaluable insight. I don't think the manual ever mentions the possibility of boosting the car, and given how much power it possesses based on yor showcase on Adamance, I'll be sure to make use of it more often from now on! :D
It actually sort of kinda does. Albeit, via a very crude (crayon?) drawing of weed killer with something along the lines of "engine lubricant?" scribbled next to it.
I used a mod to increase the height of the seat to teach myself how to drive using vanilla controls. I still wouldn't call it 'intuitive' but I can deal with it, as long as I can see the ground beneath my tires. The Cruiser's biggest problem is that it is glitchy and unreliable. Two-handed items fall through the floor unless you put them right on the edge.
I love how basically all these example clips ended in death. I was rooting for you on Embrion D: Also yes you were going crazy I did not hear the Baboon Hawk at all in that clip
HEAR ME OUT For titan, you can normally use an extension ladder to drop things from the very top to the veery bottom in one go. And MAYBE you could place the cruiser where the things normally fall, so they would fall ON TOP of the cruiser instead of landing on the floor, so you can just drive it up to the ship instead of having to collect everything manually. (I have no idea if this could work and I also dont have any idea if its useful in any way)
Honestly, I do agree that controlling it is hard, but that is a skill issue part of it. The issue is so many maps punish you for using it. Getting the cruiser back on the ship without it clipping inside the ship on some planets is a hard enough task.
i fully agree with the title, I am good at driving it, i can effectively use its inventory as infinite cargo capacity on large moons. its a great utility IF you have someone who can drive it effectively
I'm a good driver of both the cruiser and jetpack, but I love the jetpack way more because it just gives so much freedom. Controlled flying in this game is awesome.
fun fact, old birds dont spot you in the cruiser, also, jetpack can be really useful tool to help the driver get to the ship, many people dont do this but jetpack is extremely helpful once you attempt distracting enemies, you can litelarry fly around and those eyeless dogs will just helplessly jump back and forth while your friend in the car is driving through clear passage
You can use the cruiser on titan with the ladder strat, drop all the loot directly into the cruiser and then just slightly drive it hack to the magnet to save a ron of time transporting in batches even eith the small distance
On Dine the entrance is actually super easy to get to. The cliffside to the left of the fire exit has enough room for you to drive on. You drive on that until you get past the hill fire exit is in front of then you turn right and its a straight shot to the exit Also a tip for Dine is the maps layout is like a 3 lane MOBA where if you follow any of the paths you can pretty reliably get to the enterance if you just head north from the ship. The easiest one is taking the leftmost path to finding the fire exit and then going on that little cliff edge you can take the car on. It leads straight to the entrance.
I like that 70% of the screen is occupied by the car interior and 30% by what is in front of you, also your headlights is weaker than my phone screen light. This game is made solely to torture you car roof works like shelf so you can drop items on it and theyll count, its pretty usefull on titan, also you can turn magnet on when you drive enough from it and then if you drive in it ti will auto pickup your car cruiser is literally good as shelf, you land on it with jetpack and drop loot on a roof without being killed
The controls aren't my problem, I got used to it and learned them. The random explosions are... Annoying, clipping into an object that wouldn't bother you while walking, is invisible (probably because it's some weird map protrusion) can seem very unfair. And then the traction. Listen, on an icy road, I expect that turning too sharply I would spin out with the back, be about 180 as the force of the tires would be pushing in the wrong direction, before taking another unorthodox turn or shooting forward. Instead, on normal terrain, I turn two degrees to the left, the wheels slip, and without any input *speeds up* into the turn as my front wheels become anchors and the car becomes a merry-go-round. And then without hitting anything, you explode. Or! I am driving forward, medium speed, no obstructions, wheel forward, and I spin out to the right for no reason, and then start *driving backwards* because the controls somehow got reversed. And then I explode. Ramming into enemies works 100% of the time, 20% of the time when the hit detection actually works, and even then you might be stuck in its collision box. And then you explode. Should have made it a buggy, not a truck. 10/10 when it acts 10/10
My main issue with it right now is that it just doesn’t feel finished. It randomly dropping items on the floor makes it unreliable on a base level, and for high quota it just takes one stray old bird missile to completely ruin a run, even if it’s on ship. P.S. Also there’s a button to turn off headlights which I think is supposed to help with rend/dine, but it ultimately does nothing because you still can’t turn off the cabin light.
It being possible to use doesn't mean it's not bad. It's still not getting you more value than jetpacks and TZP, even if it's feasible to play with it. It costing 400 already rules out any usage on free moons. The most it can uniquely and best do for you is prevent item loss and give you a landing platform/storage space on the ship, which in itself is probably not intended. It's fun, sure, but the clunkiness is not going to help you consistently get two-handed items back faster/safer on Dine and Rend. Artifice, maybe, but I've yet to see it proven. All the time you spend spinning around and getting it unstuck is time you could be spending running in a straight line towards the ship. Artifice also has many terrain tools to keep you safe, and if there's any skill issue, it's needing the cruiser to not die. So, is the cruiser overhated? Sure. Is it bad? Absolutely still is. Not everything in the game needs to be part of the core meta. P.S. Comparing it to the jetpack at the end is a joke. The jetpack can only carry 3 items... in about 3 seconds across the map. The jetpack is incredibly safe, the only way you should ever die is to it bugging out. Most items you get on a map will be one-handed (especially on Artifice), so the issue of two-handed items is solved by having them brought back earlier in the day by 1 or 2 people, and having one-handed items flown back risk-free throughout the day. Price is irrelevant if you can competently complete the first few quotas, but it's the only intended edge the cruiser actually has over the jetpack in general usage for optimizing high quotas.
Its funny to use, but not that good, watching you makes me believe that more. Take a look at vow, you didn't even get to the fire/bridge until 11. Also, says a lot when the jetpack was nerfed, going from 700 to 900 just to try and make the cruiser a more appealing purchase. A single jetpack costs twice as much as a cruiser, 4x as much if you count the "one free replacement" for buying a cruiser. Rend is the only moon I would consider "good" for the cruiser at the moment. Getting to fire is extremely easy to memorize and is extremely flat, even flatter than embrion, if you don't go over the hill to get there. Simply go straight past the front of the ship, hug the hill on your left until you see a crevice, normally you can hop down into it and be fine. Instead, drive with the crevice on your left until you see a light post in front of you. Don't approach it, just park there then jump down into the same crevice. That should put you right at fire. Then you can just bring the stuff out of fire and out of the crevice. Or you can just use jetpack, get to fire/main while the ship is still landing, then once you have a good bit of loot, start transporting the heavy 1handed items and make 4 trips from any combination of fire/main in less time than you can make 1 with the cruiser. Think of it in terms of another game that everyone understands. Pokemon. There is a good reason earthquake is used 99% of the time over a move like fissure. Is it stronger in theory? No, in theory fissure could hit every single time resulting in ohko's every time you use it. But if you don't have no guard or aren't making a last ditch effort, then earthquake is far more consistent over the long haul. What the cruiser needs to be good is simply a moon that needs it and doesn't make using the cruiser a massive threat. Imagine a moon designed like the dried lake beds where people can test experimental cars that have an entire jet engine on them. A moon where the main/fire are so far from the ship, it takes more than half an entire jetpack worth of energy and more than a full dose of TZP to reach. In that case, then the cruiser would be the perfect choice.
completely fair only reason it took me so long to get to main entrance/fire exit in a lot of the routes is because I spent a little while trying to find them. I have noticed once you get better at certain routes you can make it to main by like 9-10 depending on the route. (if RNG doesn't screw you over with random generation lol random rock generation definitely hinders the cruiser a lot more)
THANK YOU!!! I keep telling people that this thing isn't bad but they are instead, everyone wrongfully assumes these things because they aren't used to a videogame holding their hand when it comes to controlling cars. PREACH!!!!! Also there is a super duper consistent ez way of traversing Adamance with the cruiser using the boost feature!! The strat nets fantastic loot and has a cushy landing for the trip back.
Zeekers intentionally put the manual in the back of the truck, so idiots like me and my friends, would hop in and start it without knowing. Leads to immediate explosion, of both shrapnel and laughter. People complain like the game is meant to be serious horror, maximize loot. it's a fucking comedy. You're lucky the car functions like a normal damn car!
“Oh it’s easy” (breaks the cruder like 50 times) “it’s easy” no people don’t use it because it’s too much of a risk for high quotas and a waste of money for how much you get out of it
I drove the cruiser on the outside of titan which is a COMPLETELY FLAT PIECE OF LAND and it randomly exploded It ain’t a skill issue the car’s just shit 😭
You should’ve let us see how much scrap you got after each day. Also, Cruiser would be a lot better if it was introduced in v50 instead of v56, and it’s really only useful on rend/art. Everywhere else it’s pointless, especially in speedruns/high quota, and casuals likely aren’t going to even buy it, opting to go to paid moons instead, which is also why the jetpack price increase also doesn’t make sense. I’m really hoping v60 makes cruiser playable on more maps, and balances the maps so that assurance and art (maybe vow) aren’t the only viable moons. Edit: was wrong about rend, rend IS better than dine pre-v50. And i believe is still better afterwards as well. I had them just mixed up. I had included a sentence that called rend the worst paid moon excluding emb, which is untrue.
Rend is still really good wdym? It's more loot dense than Dine and doesnt have that much less loot than Dine, so on average you still find a lot. also a lot of Nutcrackers which you can kill for shotguns
The cruser is viable and useful on rend dine and art. while its true you don't want to be an free moons after q1 if you're playing for a high score or whatever the cruiser is viable and useful on all free moons
@@alfonshedstrom9859 in terms of high quota, rend is completely outclassed by dine in version 40, and is completely outclassed by artiface in version 50. You go to rend for one quota for shotguns, and then never go again. So I guess you’ve got me there. But, in terms of solo q10, rend is completely useless.
@@sdfggdfg5fgdfg the cruiser being viable does not mean it is better, or even useful. For example, the main point of going to rend is for shotguns. You could have one person with a jetpack run trips with the shotguns and two other one handed items while your three teammates run trips on foot with the shotgun shells and two handed items (basically the v50 hq strategy). You could argue this is slower, but I could argue that the company cruiser is too inconsistent to be worth playing v56 for it, between getting caught on a 1cm incline and dropping items through the ship. The only moon cruiser would be worth is artiface, and that’s STILL asking for trouble with old birds and nearly in-traversable terrain for the cruiser. Additionally, can the cruiser even get through the gaps on dine? I thought it couldn’t fit, but I may be wrong on that.
I'd still invest 500 more credits for a jetpack over the cruiser any time. Moons like Artifice has such dangerous exteriors that it makes the cruiser less viable
My biggest gripe with it the stupid ship controls for the steering wheel. If going back to center was quicker (how it works on every car known to man) it would be ok but being unable to change direction is whack.

Exactly
@@xrekt9590 Press X to doubt. The jetpack does everything the cruiser does but better. It's faster and you completely avoid enemies. Only drawback is not being able to transport 2 handed items.
@@AaronScotzpro only need 2 trips
A thing nobody mentioned is that you can use the cruiser to carry your own equipment, allowing it to have new uses never thought out before:
- if you have difficulties finding the exit when inside, bring a radar booster and you will easily find it.
- if there is a locked door, bring a key or a lockpicker (making this niche item actually useful)
-you can bring up a weed killer to both fix the car and kill weed
-that occasional slime annoying you? The boombox solves it all
Basically, as long as you know how to drive the car, you just have infinite space, which is busted
wait how does the radar booster help find the exit?
@@scribblecloudthe radar booster is pretty useful if you know what you are doing. There are mainly three methods of helping you out on finding back the exit to the outside of the facility:
- If you play with a friend, they can get to see the radar’s perspective, so they can see anything that happens around it, including players. They can also ping them to make it create a sound to guide you back to it
- when turned on, the radar constantly makes a small noise, similar to an engine.
While that may seem cheap, if you want to reuse it, you have to take it back with you, which wastes time
The only downside it truly has is the hoarding bug enemy, as they can kidnap your radar and forget its position.
If you rather prefer investigate inside the facility and consider taking a considerable amount of time practicing, then the cruiser is for you (since the trade off is pretty massive).

i once spawned a cruiser inside the facility using mods and it takes up the entire tunnel on facility layout

Turn the engine of so dogs dont destroy it.
Park in corners whith few AI-node connections so entities dont accidentally bump into the cruiser (example, park at art Fire instead of art Main)
Drive slow-ish and by tapping A D and W instead of holding unless you're trying to turn around the car.
Don't use it on eclipsed, DO use it on stormy rain and flooded
Destroy trees on your way to the exit so you have more space to kill avoid or outrun enemies on the returntrip
Reload the save in orbit to teleport your scrap from the cruiser inside the ship or only load it on the roof so you can unload it into the ship by sticking your arm into the square wall of the square rectangle on the roof to drop items down into the ship through the ceiling

The big thing is that I’m pretty sure over 90% of players:
-don’t know the cruiser exists
-view it obsolete
-genuinely don’t like how it feels to use
-can’t get a grasp on the controls as sometimes the instructions or apparently some key fails get included with the drop…?
-are under the impression that the size of the vehicle would make it counterproductive to even buy, especially given how easy it is to… lose the cruiser. Had a friend who hopped in and immediately ended up blowing the thing to pieces.
While I myself like that there’s content on UA-cam for helping with this, the point is: pretty sure that 90% also won’t know this video exists, but I’m also positive that a larger sum will take it as a skill issue callout doused in calamity soundtrack. Excellent choice by the way.

I love that it’s hard to drive, it make me feel smart when I do good 🥰 and the feeling when you get all your loot and you boys in the car and make it back? Epic roadtrip filler episode moment
The thing about the cruiser controls is that they don't work like vehicle controls in ANY other game
If you press A to turn the wheel left, it will STAY left. If you press W to accelerate to a certain speed, it will STAY at that speed. If you want to drive straight forward you can't just release A/D. You have to manually turn the wheel back until the cruiser is moving straight forward again. Same goes for the gas pedal. That's why holding S while switching gears is effective
Of all my times on random Lethal company lobbies, I’ve seen a successful Cruiser transfer once, good to know there’s actually strategy
This thing is peak comedy

Something I found out way too recently about the cruiser: the super jumps actually go in whatever direction you're holding. If you don't press a direction, it'll do a neutral jump. The neutral jump speed is dependent on your current speed. However, you can also jump forwards, backwards, left, and right just by holding the direction you want to go. This works best after a single neutral jump since the extra height guarantees you won't bump into a slope and start rolling.
FINALLY SOMEONE DID THE CRUISER JUSTICE!! Always bothered me that people said it was legitimately impossible to drive because it just simply isnt

Theres a mod that also lets you lean out the car to see abit behind you. It's also great

For titan, you can normally use an extension ladder to drop things from the very top to the veery bottom in one go.
And MAYBE you could place the cruiser where the things normally fall, so they would fall ON TOP of the cruiser instead of landing on the floor, so you can just drive it up to the ship instead of having to collect everything manually. (I have no idea if this could work and I also dont have any idea if its useful in any way)
Good music choice in the first portion of the video. Needed to comment as soon as I heard it. SO GOOD
Honestly, I do agree that controlling it is hard, but that is a skill issue part of it. The issue is so many maps punish you for using it. Getting the cruiser back on the ship without it clipping inside the ship on some planets is a hard enough task.
If the developer is going to create some goofy driving controls then at least add side view mirrors because reversing that thing is a hassle
i fully agree with the title, I am good at driving it, i can effectively use its inventory as infinite cargo capacity on large moons. its a great utility IF you have someone who can drive it effectively
I stuck to the cruiser from day 0 and I am so glad I did, I'm literally drifting around artifice and even doing runs on modded moons
On Dine the entrance is actually super easy to get to. The cliffside to the left of the fire exit has enough room for you to drive on. You drive on that until you get past the hill fire exit is in front of then you turn right and its a straight shot to the exit
Also a tip for Dine is the maps layout is like a 3 lane MOBA where if you follow any of the paths you can pretty reliably get to the enterance if you just head north from the ship.
This game is made solely to torture you
car roof works like shelf so you can drop items on it and theyll count, its pretty usefull on titan, also you can turn magnet on when you drive enough from it and then if you drive in it ti will auto pickup your car
cruiser is literally good as shelf, you land on it with jetpack and drop loot on a roof without being killed
The cruiser is the most useful solo because one person operating it can secure loot just as fast as a crew using it
Bro's clips selection is contrary to his confidence towards the stability of the Cruiser.

Worse than hoarding bugs those monsters.
Ive only seen my group buy the cruiser twice and both times its just exploded on the way to be docked to the ship on company planet lmao

My biggest gripe with it the stupid ship controls for the steering wheel. If going back to center was quicker (how it works on every car known to man) it would be ok but being unable to change direction is whack.
fair
we are waiting for the high quota run with the cruiser.
please.
please...
or are you
🐔?
oh im trying high quota runs its just that im bad at the game and end up losing the runs before I get cruiser lol
I find it hilarious that theres a dude literally wasting a whole day just leaving comments saying the crusier sucks. Like i personally dont like driving it because i just started using it, its the same as the jetpack.
Fr that man has serious beef
i WISH the jetpack was still as "hard" to use as it was back in v49, it become so boring by being buffed and changed in v50
@@sdfggdfg5fgdfg There is still hope yet! This game is early access we must remember, balancing is still gonna be worked on.
@@hamster_in_a_wheel_8099 I think Zeekerss said something like "I give up on trying to balance the jetpack" after buffing it, it made me so sad. I don't think he'll walk back on that
@@sdfggdfg5fgdfg Eh, that just means we need to make the cruiser the better choice! We gotta get good!
Zeekerss said the car was meant to be something to add humor of sorts. It isn't meant to be good
Pretty much every piece of equipment in the game. I feel like the items at our disposal being subpar most of the time kinda adds to theme of the game, being expendable drones to an uncaring enterprise and all :v
As somebody with hundreds of hours in this game the reveal of the cruiser terrified me. I could go on for hours about how amazing Zeekers game design is but the moment I saw he was adding a car my heart dropped. I've seen the mastery he's able to pull, there's no way he's going to fuck up this badly but... How could a car work? He would have to create moons that are entirely car-centered for to even be considered a valid addition, and it made me doubt the future of this game. I was never fully subscribed to the idea that it would be terrible because of how amazing his previous executions were, even before leave the company been a fan for a long time but how? How on earth is he going to... Then it came out. How did he do it? The company cruiser is actually an amazing addition and I hate it so much less than I thought I would.
Not related to the cruiser, but was surprised to hear Cold Front playing in the background!
Calamity Sulphuric seas ost spotted, respect earned
Video aged well. Cruiser is now used on wr for artifice. Using its super jump you can clear the map there and back very easily
Blaming people because they can’t use the most annoying thing in a chill game where you just have fun with your friends is… idk i’ve never understood that.
an item that one shots giants will never be bad
10.26 why are the employees sitting like that tho lmaoo
I have had the car explode seconds after starting it on several occasions due to terrain issues.
There no reason why the controls can't be improved or a third person view
third person view would be pretty cool
my problem is getting the loot from the cruiser back into the ship. after I have already driven it back, theres normally like a giant or dog right outside.
Down a shot everytime David says company cruiser
I keep wrecking all my trucks. I need this vid.
Cruiser flight really revolutionized its use.
Noce video, someone finally show everyone what cruiser really is
Vehicle? You mean our battering ram in case of forest walkers
Its a literal car that can help save you from outside enemies and reduce trips that you need to take, its pretty awesome dude.
