I was there. What a show, what a band and Jarvis is the perfect entertainer/front man who really connects with audiences. Candida is a hero playing with severe arthritis. Surely one of the greatest live acts of the last 30 years. Still coming down.
My Children have been raised (often force fed) on a musical diet of Britpop... I admit I had a tear in my eye at this song as me and my 18 year old daughter were bouncing up and down to this (about 10 metres to the right of the location this video was shot) with her knowing all the words :)
I was there, this show was fantastic. The only complaint is that Jarvis didn't try to catch a grape in his mouth one last time after common people or razzmatazz 😂
Just on my phone. No editing or fumbling around with the sound. The trick is to cup your hand where the mic is and it baffles lots of the other noise around
@@devilslagunathanks for the trick. It does make a difference. We where almost by the stage, many rows further ahead but our videos don’t sound like that 😅

nostalgia - it's the only thing left in rock'n'roll nowadays
criticism or not?
@@michaelshepherd885 even at the elderly age of 48 I'm a huge fan of music - although I feel it's all in the past nowadays - how about you?
@@revol148 Im 37 and tend to agree. Not a bad thing as all the good bands are in the past. Barely any decent new bands post 2000 even is my opinion.
