Thanks for the feature and all the kind words in the comments! If you guys are around NY, we just moved to a new place in East Williamsburg, and will be hosting a lot more events and Van Life Gatherings. Hit us up!
I like the simplicity of this build with the well though out finishing touches. The bathroom tile and flooring add a nice pop of color to the overall design. Love the reveal at the end! 🤩
I believe this set up by this company is one of the best I’ve seen! And I’ve seen hundreds and hundreds. They never get old to watch because they’re always adding some thing or upgrading some thing. As always great job filming 🎥 Patrick! And a very Merry Christmas 🎄 to you and your family! ☃️✌🏻☺️
Holy Molly 😮😮😮this FANTASTIC… I would love for you guys to build me one of these in the future when my kids are all grown up and hopefully moved out. This is amazing
Why not take the kids with you? At least for short trips. We camped nearly every weekend for my entire childhood and would’ve loved this (if we weren’t so poor;)
Brooklyn! My hometown. Love these builds. Love the pop top on the MB chassis. I dont believe I've seen them ever do this before. 😎 I had to edit my response a couple of times. WOW might be one of my new favorites I've seen on the channel.
Very impressive build guys. Love the pop up roof. Really should be much more common on these Sprinters. It would be great if you could post some of the products you use - at least the commercially available stuff like the wheels-tire combo, appliances, etc. And - when will we finally get rid of those dumb telescoping ladders - they are everywhere and they really suck. We need to build a better ladder.
Pretty van but be careful with putting those slats particulate on the ceiling with those grooves because the Flies will have a hay day nesting and breeding in those cracks. I'll never forget James Caan on David Letterman talking about the first night in his log home he got up to find rice on the kitchen counter😮 he was confused because he didn't have any rice for dinner😮 then he realized it was moving😅 then he realized they were falling out of the cracks in the ceiling😅 careful about the cracks people😂😂😂
You're looking at a $200K conversion right there, my guess. I'm better off with buying a house than something that depreciates the minute tires rolled out of the conversion shop 😊
The battery system should last at least 10 years and normal use. As for longevity, it would depend on your usage, solar gain, amount of driving, amp load there’s so many variables.
The pop top is made out of fiberglass, so it’s resilient to Weather and hail. The pop top sides are weather resistant. However, I would use your best discretion of leaving it up in a hail storm.
Are there any van builds where the sides pull out when parked as in some bus-sized RVs, to make them wider, or is that not possible due to physical or legal limitations?
@@kovie9162 winnebago and leisure travel both had class B Mercedes-Benz sprinter Campervans with slide outs for the same size. It occupied the space that the driver side optional sliding door would have. They actually ordered Vans with tool sliding doors and removed one and put a slide out insert inside of it. they did not sell while the challenge was it really didn’t open up the floorplan that much and you lost storage and the bed was really small is not proper to build a slide larger than that because these are unibody construction and cutting a hole that’s bigger than what was there already would ruin the structural integrity
@@NewJerseyOutdoorAdventures I didn't realize that vans were unibody so obviously you can't mess too much with the structure. It's just that every camper van I've seen, no matter how impressive, still seem cramped in terms of width, thus wondering if it's possible to have pull-outs. But if there's no way to do it safely or legally then it's a moot point and anyone wanting anything wider needs to look at different designs like converted box trucks and such.
That's the thing that jumped out at me. The drawers have half the capacity they could have. If you try to stack clothes (or anything) higher than the sides of the drawers, they get jammed in the sides or fall out behind when you pull out the drawer. That type of drawer design drives me crazy. Otherwise, lots to love about this build!

It was a pleasure having you on. Looking forward to this Sunday.
This is an awesome build! ❤ Excellent!

Glad you like it!
That was and IS one happy client :)
Brooklyn Campervan never disappoints! Great build! Thanks for sharing the tour Patrick!
You bet!
Thanks, and appreciate the kind words!
Very smart layout the fact the water heater is within inches of where it’s needed is not the norm.great job on the details and thank you Patrick
This is a fantastic build. I still love seeing the self builds completed by folks who do not have the funds for a van such as this one.
It’s nice to see both sides. A lot of the DI wires get really good ideas from the pro build.
Very clean lines. Really love those white walls.
Glad you like them!

Great to hear Lynne
Wow those are some kind words, much appreciated!
I like the shower wall tile. And the kitchen sink is a good size and color
I think so too!
Wow! All of the drawers are amazing, and the shower is gorgeous! The pop up is cool. Thanks for the tour.
Thank you Suzanne!
You are so welcome!
Wow- super clean and modern! Williamsburg Bk has come long ways since growing up there in the 80s.
I totally agree!
Yes it sure has!
Really cool modern build! Different and cool! Great video Patrick.
Thanks!
Thanks!! We're building 3 more now with slight variations - looking forward to sharing when it's done!
Great van. Very thoughtful planning and execution.
We agree!
I love this van!-I need climate control for my dogs and I have MS. I need my air. I want to stay off grid! Lots of battery power!
Yes 👍

This is awesome to hear

Beautiful build😍…thank you Patrick😊
My pleasure!
Love that slide out outdoor table no wire nice
Me too!
in my opinion rear bath are more practical then side baths and you will not feel claustrophobic
Thanks for the feedback
Except you compromise the view from the back, unless you don't mind having to sit on the toilet watching the view?lol.

Honored to hear that! Thanks! Come see it in person sometime, we will have an open house in February
@@brooklyncampervans I live in FL now but I come up to NY often for business. I'll keep an eye open for the open house.
Very cool!
Ah ... A "Patrick" video! Click ..... Always good and so professional. Thanks Patrick.
Very welcome Diana
The MVP of the vanlife community!
This is beautiful 😍 I would so buy this. Nice carpentry and floor lights.
Thanks so much! 😊
Absolutely beautiful… way outside of my price range, but still nice to see.
Agreed!
Very impressive,, some interesting features, thanks for more ideas on my build ,
More to come!

Depends on what you want to do. Many luxury van owners era already own homes and are looking for adventure too
Not fan the separation wall / but still nice van
Appreciate the feedback
Beautiful rig. But do you realize how many times you say, "As You Can See...?!? "
Let’s see
So this millionaire had my dream camper built to just drop them off at the airport! Maybe they'll let me drive them around?
What’s the battery life on the 15000 watt eco flow on regular usage? How often will it need replaced when used regularly?
The battery system should last at least 10 years and normal use. As for longevity, it would depend on your usage, solar gain, amount of driving, amp load there’s so many variables.
No sleep till BROOKLYN! times 4. Is that Pauly’s van?
Ha ha yeah
👍👍👍👍
Thank you Kay
Estimate price for this build? I am interested. I have a Leisure Travel Van, but looking to change it as my kids grow up.
They can provide you with a custom quote. I left their contact information in the description.
Once I sell my 4 bed 3 bath home in a beautiful suburb, I will put all my profit towards this van as a down payment.
Sounds great!
How does the pop up bed handle hail/rain?
The pop top is made out of fiberglass, so it’s resilient to Weather and hail. The pop top sides are weather resistant. However, I would use your best discretion of leaving it up in a hail storm.
What is the name of the batteries? Can they be used in a standalone home?
Eco flow batteries can be used in many different applications
Are there any van builds where the sides pull out when parked as in some bus-sized RVs, to make them wider, or is that not possible due to physical or legal limitations?
That would be a class c RV
@@NewJerseyOutdoorAdventures I meant based on an actual van footprint, with the cabin and cab not separate.

Sleep 4 but does it seat 4 for traveling? I don’t see 4 seatbelts.
Where are you located in Williamsburg Brooklyn
Their contact information is in the description they moved recently, so please be sure to double check the address
Why are the drawers so low? I would make the sidewalls almost as tall as the opening. So nothing can get the drawer stuck.
I was under the impression that you couldn’t put a pop up and a bath in a 170” 2500 due to exceeding weight limits. How did they achieve
This?
A bath and pop-up in the same van
Does the price include the van too? Or is that the cost for the customization?
The price just covers the build
Their pricing is for the build the Van purchase is separate.
Can you count how many times he says "you're gonna find?" 🤔
Can you?
I'm confused, it's late tho, lol. did that say 'grey water heater?' Why would we need grey water heated? 🤷♀️
In case you're in a cold climate
For cold weather freeze protection
Ahh, well there you go...makes ton of sense now, lol.. i live in cold weather, think i would have picked up on that😅
imagine getting a van converted for living and you have a driver... rich people think this is a joke.
92 GRAND !!!! TO START W T H WHAT EVER YOUR SMOKING YOU BETTER STOP IT
Sorry it’s not in your price range
Sleeps 4 but not seats 4..
Introduction is to long.
Interested in such a Sprinter, not interested in putting out $200k with a firm that has wannabe gangsters as sales folk. PR fail.
When will companies learn, high end products and silly tattoos do not mix.
The speech/english didn’t help, but nice nonetheless
I’m glad you were able to watch it
