- Fatalis solo in Monster Hunter World Iceborne but I'm using a completely nerfed build to fight Fatalis. I don't always do viewer challenges but sometimes....you never know.

Your crazy ass really took that challenge, okay, great work. Also I suggested Tobi because I was looking through avalible longswords and Tobi was kinda the only avalible monster I saw longsword wise of the low-tier guys. Also I don't know if HH can do these challenges because....this seems nightmarish to try with HH so I picked your more used weapon. Clutch as fuck paralysis at the end, Fatalis doesn't get status'ed much.
Similar to you, my ass did that challenge just with Pukei armor and GS, shits rough. You took less attempts than me, took me 5 total from timing out before I finally got it. I focused more on artillery though.
Also just a useful tip because you might not know. Breaking both of Fatalis's wings stops him from flying around during the fight, you can accomplish this if you have both Heavy Artillery and Partbreaker and using the roaming ballista purely on the wings. Helps streamline the fight a lot.

rolling backwards, underrated? i can relate. i dodged a Risen Teostra fire breath attack, after thinking to myself "can the SnS Backhop move dodge things?" and lo and behold, it could.
10:12 i only saw fatalis pull off the body slam counter when he flinched; i wasn't expecting a fireball counter!

*challenge* - although i doubt it'd count as one:
-SnS
-armour that's resistant to fire
-mostly defenseive build (maxed out Guard and Guard Up)
To get the cheedo dust you have to stay infront of him but not too close to bait it out

Let us believe that the real saving grace of this challenge build is the Evade Ex. Lvl 3 paired with a decent Evade Win. Lvl 2. 😇
What notes would you say are best to bring against fatalis?
blight negate, so fatalis can legaly not cheeto dust you?
Maybe sometime to negate the fire tick damage in the final phase is pretty good. Otherwise maybe healing or fire resist? I'm pretty simple and just carry attack L lol

Alpha armors have terrible decoration slots, i use a lot of tham by the way cause i like the visuals of most of the alpha sets

Do Fatalis with Full Brachidium Beta and a Safi Weapon of you choosing with the upgrades of your choice as well, Preferably with the Drak Prefix, and at least three levels of Fire res added in. I know it’s feasible because for the first successful run I did on this piece of crap I wore the full Brachydium Beta and used the Safi’s Drakhammer until I got an Evil Eye and made the Fatalis brute. This is me saying if you want, use the un-upgraded Fatalis version of any weapon. If the first time doesn’t go well. Also add in some Health Boost and a lot of Attack boost if possible. Something interesting, I call Fatalis a fat, Stupid lizard a lot when fighting him
That one isn't that hard. I found that the lower tier monster armor gives you a struggle because of their garbage ass slots.

I can honestly say I know I'm not nowhere good enough to do a naked run. It would be a 5 minute video of me triple carting lol
Honestly they have to Nerf fatalis Majorly or Make it to where you can call 🆘 right after the introduction cutscene. Instead of forcing you to get KO multiple times nonstop forever ♾️. The One fight that caused many people to stop playing the game 🎮 because of this One fight.
