I would eat that in a heartbeat honestly I I think I need anything you cook but I got a suggestion for your mac & cheese instead of using mild cheddar try using pimento cheese let me know how it turns out if you do it growing up in Turkey Creek Florida pimento cheese was a staple in the mac & cheese
