Try Kadi Separate and Adding slightly warmed and Crispy Pakoras while eating. The crisp texture of Pakoras tastes heavenly either with Roti, Khichri or Rice.

Looked good------KADI PATTA in Punjabi kaddi is Weird and out of place ----- if soaked and ground methi dana added ,will reduce bloating since besan and yoghurt are high protien ingredients and spiced eg Kashiri mirch is inflamatory
I absolutely love the taste of curry leaves. Please feel free to customise as per your preference. Personally none of our family members like methi Dana but traditionally punjabis add it. 😊 I use the least spicy chilli powder hence Kashmiri mirch basically just for a bit of flavour and colour. Love and light. ❤️
