Try out this Ekadashi Special Kadhi Pakora recipe which is a combination of crispy pakoras dipped in hot kadhi, seasoned and flavoured with fresh spices to give this soothing, warm kadhi as a side dish.
Servings - 5
Ingredients:
For pakoras --
2 big sized potatoes
2 chopped green chillies
1 tbsp grated ginger
Sendha salt to taste
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
Some chopped coriander leaves
¾+¼ cup rajgira atta /amaranth flour
For kadhi -
1 cup curd
5 tbsp rajgira atta
2½ to 3 cups water
2 tbsp ghee
4 to 5 cloves
1 tsp cumin seed
2 chopped green chilli
1 tbsp chopped ginger
2 dried red chillies
Some curry leaves
½ tsp homemade turmeric powder
1 tsp Chopped jaggery
Sendha salt to taste
Some chopped coriander leaves
