Mini OPTIPLEX 990, It works well on Windows 10/ but on windows 7, power turns on, no video, splash screen repeating, is it bios setting? or do I have to install graphic card?
Hello I found this video interesting and I wanna comment my issue, I wish you could reply and help me out, i know the monitors power is seperated from the unit. My problem I think is coming from my PSU which is I think dead and not the unit, i tried to disconnect and reconnect the powersupply from the white slot near the RAM slots and still nothing's lighting up even the yellow indicator and the power button which is blue, please help me identify the problem sir

Do you write the bios bin on both chip?
How did the BIOS get corrupted?
I think my laptop BIOS got corrupted when Windows 10 updated, is this possible?
