Solving No Display in PC | Orange light blinking in computer No Display | Dell Optiplex Orange Light

I’m very confused right now so basically I was loading up my pc but my monitor said no signal so I thought I would go on my Xbox for a bit so unplugged my hdmi from my monitor to my pc. My pc was on during all off this so now my pc is not connected to the monitor but is on and I plug in the Xbox hdmi and as I touch the monitor hdmi my keyboard goes off then I take it off keyboard goes back on etc? My Xbox gets detected but my pc still won’t what do u think is happening? Ps. I have tried turning the socket on and off

I just removed CMOS and use fir se lga Diya ab display to aa gyi lekin "Please enter to setup to recover Bios setting.
When Raid Configuration was built, ensure to set Sata Configuration to Raid mode.
Press F1 to run SETUP"
Black screen pr ye likha hua aa rha hai

Bhi mere pass yehi model hai cpu ka
Usme white light a rahi hai display show nahi ho rahi hai kabhi kabhi chal jata hai kabhi kabhi nahi chalta hai mene ram update ki psu replace ki cmos batteries replace ki saari cables nikaalke k external wali fir kiya tab bhi same problem a rahi hai
