I would say azu is it... It doesn't feel like it's like petal dance but when you think about the fact that it's a Melee character so it's range is small it's effectively a petal dance along the lines of armorouge with its upgrade being more dot instead of shield or any move speed... But if like to see a move speed version of whirlpool

It depends on you. Whats your prefered playstyle? Just mess aroubd with them in the practice mode and pick which one you like the most. I personally would go Ceruledge cuz it's moves feel more fluid
