- At first while I was planning to do this video, I didn't know that there was no Bluetooth settings on Xbox one. So I tried to connect it using a Bluetooth dongle. The connection works fine. It was like a licensed accessories for Xbox.

you should probably mention you need a dongle in the title/thumbnail...
Thanks a lot. Its truly appreciated. But I have it on my xbox one s video also. I have tested 3 dongles. And its on the title.
@@RawlandUy doesnt change the fact it isnt icluded in this title/thumbnail...
@@GermanVenom1988 thanks for the suggestion.
He did. In the title it says Optical transmitter which is what you need.
If you wanted some kind of straight answer maybe you should have Google it instead. The title is perfect for this video. If that was mentioned in the title, perhaps nobody would watch the video? :) That's how UA-cam works.
Good vid!! Followed all the instructions and got my connector today and all works well. I have a standing speaker.instant connectivity.

@PutDaHornsUp, You're most welcome. Thanks to you too.
Hi can you give me the link to where you got your dongle because I’m scared to get the wrong one and that it doesn’t work thank you
If you had two jbl speakers can you pair them together to get a somewhat spacial audio? Or does it need a cable from both
Yes JBL connects speaker to speaker, there will be a "master" speaker that is connected to the Bluetooth device. And however many speakers you want to connect(JBL only) will connect to the master speaker.
Thank you for the great video,
Can you try connecting a bluetooth headphones and tell us if it works surround sound in fps games, like if you hear where are the bullets coming from
That router tho! Nice!
@Brad Mills, Thanks.
Nice clickbait
Does anyone know what other dongles will work for this? The ebay link he left is no longer valid
Great video really helpful. One thing, it would have been nice to show a video of speaking so we could see if there was much of a noticeable delay between seeing there lips move and the sound.
Is there much of a delay?
Great vid. Keep the content coming!!
Never mind. Just watched the next one with the 3 dongles which had it all in. Perfect! Thanks
There was very less lag. But I can say that it's also depends on the device we are connecting. I have tried one inexpensive headset and it does not have any lag. Funny thing is, I was just trying it and it ends up I was already watching the UA-cam video until the end. 😜
Would you recommend the Ali express one although it is cheap do you think it would still work???
Yes, Especially all the reviews are all 5 stars. As I was saying, when I made this video, it's the first and only transmitter I tried and it works. But I believed there are more. It's just worth trying.
Very epic thank you
@Fromage, thanks a lot. 'glad you like it.
If you have an Aux plug on your speaker connect an Aux cord to it and to your controller. That also works, just turn off your TVs sound cause it doesn’t mute.
my tv doesnt have speaker, so do i just have to have a cable coming out my controller 24/7? alot of people wouldnt have this issue if there was just an aux port on the console itself

@Rawland Uy, if I purchase a Bluetooth audio receiver and transmitter and connect it to my console via the optical port, would I be able to use any Bluetooth headset to then hear the game audio as well as use it to talk on the in game party or private party?
@Dane September, thanks a lot for asking. I regret no. Not all headsets are working with this dongle. But some are working with in game audio only not with chat. I never found a Bluetooth transmitter with chat enable yet.

you can simply use an aux cable. connect the Bluetoothbox (or any other box with an aux port) with your aux port on the xbox controller. works on xbox one (standard)

@Tanner Jones, did you try in ebay.
@Tanner Jones, Or you might wanna consider Avantree Leaf, many good feedback in UA-cam also.
you forgot to note that it has a great delay. It is not comfortable for gaming because of 130+ ms latency. I do not recommend to use any bluetooth transmitter. Much better to buy other external sound for xbox/tv/pc
Guys buy a Logitech Z625 and a Aux cable 3.5mm long cable
Hook the it to the XBox controller then hook your playing with surround.
This give you more power of the sound then just the bluetooth speaker itself.
@Mai Va Lee, thanks a lot for sharing.
Would this work with wireless headphones and if so would I be able to talk through them
@THNxZOMBIE, thanks a lot for asking. I apologize to say no. It also work with some Bluetooth headset same as the one I used on my other video but Mic doesn't work. But there is still some workarounds like external mics. Just not practical to buy additional.

Thanks for asking. I don't have the clip 3 but I don't see any reason why It will not work since it's also a jbl Bluetooth speaker. It should work.
can i connect my wireless earbuds jabra elite 65t active to this dongle?
@D_9-knight insane Gaming, Thanks for asking. Bluetooth has no issue in pairing as it's compatible forward and backward. So I can say it's yes even I have not tried that model yet. Unless Jabra is disabling or limiting their capability especially to third party brands same as Sony did to PS4 Bluetooth.
It’s not a cheap method, but what I’ve done is just use my Astro A40 Mixamp with an auxiliary cable and plugged it into my UE MegaBoom such an easy method and the best thing IMO is that it’s all plugged in by cables so I know my speaker won’t die and I know the sound will be as best as I can be (Bluetooth could tend to have issues) I’m not one to want to deal with them. Doing this gives you Dolby Atmos Support as the Mixamp can enable and disable this, and it also allows you to increase the sound of your speaker 🔊 and it also uses the optical plug 🔌 as well
They called Day, thanks a lot for sharing. It's only a matter of preference. And also a matter of availability in your gadgets. Thanks again.

I have a Philips flat screen with ambient lights. Not sure if blutooth etc. But when play xbox i want to link with a heavy loud wireless speaker to keep on bedroom wall so the unt next door just gets the game heavy. I want it to be so loud he can't hear his music. His so loud u hear in next block. If bought blutooth adapter thing plug in tv cd it work. I want it be heavy loud so loud he bangs on my door.
You need a speaker with subwoofer at least. No need for Bluetooth one.

As what I understand from you is you want to put multiple speakers everywhere but wireless? As far as I know only jbl connect+ has this feature.
Can I connect my Bluetooth keyboard this way?
It can't be, this is Bluetooth transmitter. If so, it should be Bluetooth receiver. But unfortunately it's also not working. I've tried few receivers already but it does not.

It must be Bluetooth transmitter. When I have the series X, I will find a way and make video for it.

Thinking for next gen.... you’d have to get a HDMI converter also. But what sucks it you can’t maintain 120fps for the games that support it because even the best HDMI converters can only maintain 4K at 60FPS. No higher frame rate which sucks because some games are 120fps at 1440p

Is there a way on how to connect a bluetooth keyboard to a xbox one?
Man I wish I got those subs my family is slowly getting poor
@Detour316, thanks a lot for asking. I'm still searching how to do it until now, for now only PS4 I found it possible. My subs are not much, but I think when you keep on posting new videos, UA-cam is also supporting you, just make sure you post good videos about your niche. I'm on leave and got stuck on lock-down so it's very difficult for me to post quickly. I left all my gears abroad.
Is there any game lag???
@Jett Page, thanks a lot for asking. I could say there is a very little lag but if I play games, I almost cannot find the lag, unless I'm watching movie or if someone is talking.
What is the name of the cable or how is it searched?
It's actually the Bluetooth transmitter. It's a donge with built in cable. The name is "Ugreen", You can search by "Ugreen Bluetooth transmitter"
So what do I need to buy
You can buy that Bloutooth transmitter adapter. To be honest this is just the first and only I've tested and already worked. I believed there are more out there.
unfortunately, most bluetooth dongles and speakers only support SBC codec, which has a 200-400ms latency, While human can detect up to 70ms gap between 2 sounds. The only bluetooth codec which can reach under 70ms is the aptX-LL, which is supported by few speakders. So it's not really practicable, unless you only listen to music with xbox one. acutally the practicable wau is to use the AUX from the controller. Or, you can get a dongel like the one in the video which also supports the aptX-LL codec and a bluetooth transmitter which also supports the aptX-LL codec and connect the transmitter with speakers via AUX.
BTW, considering there is no lag from the aux via the controller, it's very possible that xbox one send the audio data through 2.4GHz/5GHz radio, which means microsoft choose not to support those wifi speakers that also supports the 2.4GHz/5GHz radio. So Microsoft can also make money from selling xbox compatible headphones, but they don't sell speakers. I don't understand the logic behind that. It's really a stupid and evil decision to force people buy xbox compatible headphones. if the xbox can support the common wifi speakers, wow, man it can also perform something like a media hub center to support a wireless stero surround sound system, which means you can just buy 5 - 7 different wireless speakers and build a cinema at home, and you can play games watch movie or TV with this surround sound system as well. However, it's just not gonna happen. I hope i can open a company building something really benefit the people instead of just ripping people off.
@Tom Wang, wow, thanks for the comment. You're absolutely right. Hopefully I can have a speaker and headset with aptx support soon. So I can share it again my experience to all my channel viewers.

@@RawlandUy Thx you very mutch
You're most welcome. But thanks to you as well for watching my video.
@@RawlandUy oooh answered my question without even replying. Thank you!!
@@lucasabel3642 please let me know.
would this work with a microphone?
@OG iiAv3, thanks a lot for asking. No, no one will recommend that. Microphone should be used with a headset not a speaker. If you do that it will create a feedback sound on your friends and other players online.
@@paulohfc thanks to you for stopping by and watching my video🙏😊
@@paulohfc I apologize it will not work. But you can do workaround such as external mic. But just ridiculous to spend more money for it.
would it work for an Xbox one s?
No lol
@Shawn Sasi, yes it is. Please watch my other video for it. ua-cam.com/video/4X4sUzqfovY/v-deo.html
@BlankRobby, yes it is. Please watch my separate video. ua-cam.com/video/4X4sUzqfovY/v-deo.html
Is this compatible with XBox one x ? Cause i am trying without success the paring .
@Isaac Dionisio, please try to connect it first on the built in Bluetooth of the One X. I don't have it yet to be honest and never tried it yet. If that does not work. Do 2 ways: 1st. Turn on the Xbox first before you plug the dongle then pair. 2nd is the other way around. Plug the dongle first before turning on your Xbox.
Use a Aux cable long 6 foot
