You should try more ikan bakar or grilled fish when you are Malaysia. My favourite is Talapia fish(the one you are eating). Another fish you should try is Ikan Pari or Stingray or ikan keli or catfish.

No worries, soon you'll adapt with the spiciness, level by level. Some of my Japanese friends when they back to their hometown, they're craving for spicy food. One of them even asked me to sent him the Belacan.
