I picked up a few of these sets from Walmart too for the same $21.00 on clearance for the ratchets alone....Super deal.....Those ratchets are based on the old "Snap-On F936" 36 tooth design.....OEM used to supply these same ratchets for Auto Zone in their Duralast tool line.

By the way, it looks like that weird looking adaptor is designed to allow you to put a 1/4" hex bit on one of the ratchets.
I have an OEM brake piston compressor tool that I bought at Autozone, and it works well for the price. I don't know about the Ryobi green, though.
Really comprehensive set, but I wonder if anybody else has a rebranded version. I'm not the biggest fan of green.
If you're in the Midwest I guess Minnesota area, the Northern store, can you do a video on the klutch cordless drills?
