Hey man thanks I really appreciate it as far as the OEM fog lights you will want to Source them from any 92 to 96 model they will fit places to look or like eBay or the Facebook pages. To complete the fog lights for your 95 you will want to make sure you get an oem switch from a 94 to 96 model and a relay that you will have to plug in under the dash the preludes are all completely wired up for everything so it's Plug and Play so as long as you get OEM stuff you will be able to plug them right in behind the front bumper you'll have to cut your bumper to make sure you fit them right if your bumper is not already cut for them and then you should have a spot in your center console where the switch would go and then the relay would be up under the driver side dash for your year.
They're not too bad, they're not like a headlight bulb you have to unscrew three on the bottom plate and then the H3 bulb is in there very tightly but it's not too hard with them off the car. The screws are very small that hold that hold the plate, and a lot of times, they strip or they're rusted!

So do the bulbs not come out of the fog lights like normal ?
