That is a major design flaw and you have a valid point. Doesn't make sense to squeeze your hand through a watch just to get in on your wrist. You will be so turned off whenever you want to wear it. That totally destroys the enjoyment of wearing a watch. How badly designed can a clasp be? This is the ultimate.
Informative video, I'd just turn down that intro music volume and maybe make it overlap the talking a bit less. Or add in some b-roll of the watch while it fades out

I have the same issue. It is pretty hard to slide over so I'm wearing my Horween strap for now. I hear Elshan is working on a new part to lengthen the clasp.
I love the short clasp haha. The long clasp overhangs the bottom of my tiny wrist. I have to squeeze my hand through but fits much better. Very happy to have both options tbh
I have a blue V1 and it's awesome- great lume and for my older eyes great legibility. I really like this full lume version but do wish there was more contrast between the dial and the hands and indices, like using a black or dark color boarders or perhaps more contracting lume. VERY cool watch but just feel it would be hard for me to read.

The easiest solution would be to make one of the swing arms longer. Very Little machine or design cost. Measure twice and cut once. Bam! Thanks for the heads up. BTW do they offer returns??? Or are you guys stuck with this?
I just bought the sword fish emerald dial 2 weeks ago they just released them I was lucky zelos did a count down in 1hour all models were sold out and they were at special price $269 free shipping I was hesitate to buy one as I subscribed to their home page as you knows sword fish model are around $369 I did not receive yet when I will receive It will do a review .
Hey Jason yes I saw he mentioned the same problem!! I actually own the bronze and unfortunately I should have never bought this stainless steel one. The bronze one is awesome and the strap is really nice as well. I could wear the stainless steel on a strap However the whole point was to have a bracelet. Being an owner of a pair of Gen 1 Swordfish, I myself never had any issue with the original bracelet....either the links or the clasp. I found the diver deploy easy to work with an it worked great as a micro adjuster. Having said that, I do also like the Gen 2 bracelet, which I have on my carbon dial Swordfish. Yes, it did take a bit of time to get the combination of removing links and working with the micro adjuster....which is now conventional spring bars. So the diver's extension is now removed, and yes this is a problem. However, to call it a "design flaw" is a bit of hyperbole. Its a problem, no doubt. Heck, my father got one of these, and its a problem. And you do know Elshan is already working on a solution to the problem. So folks who own one of these watches should be patient, and this gets fixed.

The issue I mentioned with the clasp on the V1 great white I had wasn't that bad but it also wasn't very functional... The V2 looks and feels better than the V1 bracelet and clasp.. but the clasp is not functional for me because my had is too large. I can not get the watch on and off!! For anyone that sees this video and is unaware, the owner of Zelos is aware of this design flaw and is already working to remedy the situation. Additionally, Zelos has proven time-and-time again to provide top-notch customer service, so I think we can all trust that this problem will be made right. Is it good to be aware that some may have an issue with the size of the new clasp? Yes, it is. I am one of them, and I bought two different variants of this watch, yet I am confident in Zelos' reputation and I would not fear-monger like this video seems to do. The manner for which this problem is handled within this video is lacking a lot of couth and maturity. Note well, the watch comes with a Horween leather strap that can be used until Zelos provides the solution to the problem. Or, since it has a 22mm lug width, it is easy to find another simple temporary solution. If you like the watch design and/or a particular color set, I suggest you get one before the sell out (and they almost surely will sell out). I don't think it would be wise to let an exaggerated video like this keep you from getting the watch you want.
Joshua II am simply providing a warning to those who would purchase a watch that would not fit their wrist.I didn't say anything bad about the watch I'm fat think it's a really great watch so I completely disagree with you saying that I am handling it as a fear monger. I would imagine that someone who is purchasing this watch would want to know that it's not going to pick their wrist or over their hand prior to purchasing it. And for you to disagree with that would be silly. Why would I buy the watch and then wait for a solution I would hold off on purchasing it first. But your video appears to have left out a lot of key information, like that this problem does not affect everyone and that many people like the new shorter clasp (this is actually the result of Elshan taking previous feedback into account and trying to improve the design). You also conveniently leave out that he immediately notified us that he is aware and that he's already working to remedy the situation (which he will likely do for everyone who bought this version, at his own cost). It may also be the tone of your video title, you spamming Facebook with that click-bait title, and the way you make this out to be a much larger or more significant problem than it actually is. You also forget to mention that Zelos watches sell out, and that they usually sell out pretty quickly. If someone were to take your click-bait title seriously and not order a version of this watch that they really want, you may cause them to miss out completely, to maybe have to pay more later because they missed the new-release pricing, or force them to shop the used market for a watch that sold out. In any of those situations, you've done a disservice to those people. Again, I appreciate you trying to raise awareness, but that does not necessitate nor condone the use of hyperbole or exaggeration. I trust that if you've spoken to Elshan personally about this, or that if you know him or his reputation at all, he'll bend over backwards trying to get this remedied asap. Well that sucks. I have two of them coming in. At least they come with the leather straps. That really sucks for resale for sure. And honestly I was looking forward to the divers extension.

Flip the clasp around and it works fine. At least for me.
My wrist was much larger at the point of this video so now it's not an issue...

Judging by the imprint of each individual link of the Omega's bracelet on your wrist, none of your watches are actually fitted right.
