On your website you show a giant green poly tank. Just so you know, the guys in the tank industry just drain the tank (which your technique would have to do also), crawl into the manhole, and apply a threaded plug, like a bulkhead fitting from both sides, then they tighten it down. THAT is much stronger and more proven over decades than trying to glue something onto a big tank.
