I think it would be so cool to have a vintage trailer like one of those! I remember having the propane lights with the sock in the trailer my family had when growing up. I would love to still have it! It was much better built than the ‘22 I have now!!
Wayne, you do know the Wee Zim inside and out, since you saved it with a first class frame up restoration. Yes, we are using it quite a bit. We have logged over 10,000 miles in under two years. It is our primary camping trailer and we plan on enjoying it till we wear it out. Thanks for all your hard work. Curtis and Laurie Richards.
You're welcome. So glad you're enjoying the Wee Zim, 10,000 thats a lot of miles. I hope for you and Laurie many more safe miles.Take care.@@CurtisRichards-vs5ev
Actually,, there may have been over 40 Wee Zim made in 49, this is the only known survivor. Zimmer was until 1950 one of the larger manufactures of travel trailers untill the early 50’s they started making only mobile homes due to market demand.
Love the older trailers and what you guys do with them.
I’m liking these videos. I’m hoping you’ll keep it up and keep them coming!
I love your can-do attitude with this trailer.
Love seeing all the old trailers.
The one you guys did turned out really good for a fast job!
I miss the trailer builds from when you were in TV.
Wow! Love the vintage trailers! It must have been wonderful to be there. Although not so wonderful packing bearings on the way back! 😊❤
I’ve missed you guys, keep these videos coming!!

Enjoy the video! It would be really cool to do a video previewing the trailer you are currently enjoying as a family.
It would be cool to possibly have a trailer show schedule for you guys. Shows you are planning to attend for the season.
That Zimmer Wee Zim was really cool, too bad it's only 1 of 1
