Yeah you have a point. She’s candidate for surgical approach , but she doesn’t want surgery and doesn’t really want to alter her looks, so not really obvious result on the outside . But there’s soft tissue lifting on the inner layers of the face . At her age , she’s not wanting to have unnatural looks. She wants to keep it natural and simple.
