I did everything I learnt from y'all, changed my lifestyle my diet, quitted chemicals altogether from my life, even lost a good amount of weight but I'm still here with acne :'( I've still not lost hope though. You might want to look into natural face primer to help with the texture you dislike due to acne scars. I have been doing that, and I feel like it makes my face look a lot smoother. 😊

Has your hair always been so thick? Or did you find that it got thicker by switching to natural products? I’m new to this channel but from what I’ve seen, you mainly use a holistic approach to health and beauty, but I’m assuming you didn’t always do that? Correct me if I’m wrong :) My hair is so unbelievably thin and it’s always been thin but not this bad. Without ANY exaggeration, if you pulled your bangs together and pinched them together, that’s about how thick my hair is in total. So I’m so curious if switching to organic products , while also switching to a healthier diet, would help my hair to grow thick. Obviously it’s a long process for hair growth but mine is so thin that I’m desperate!
*@mlayne130 her hair was already on the thicker side, but she used a lot of heat to style it and it got so damaged that she cut it shoulder length and even though, she started holistically approach when she got cystic acne on her face and so the doctors gave her very strong medications and instead of taking them she cut out all the processed foods from her food and started her holistic journey.*
If you have naturally thin hair, no product can change this. Taking good care of fine hair makes it appear glossier and healthier, but it won't magically change its structure. I have fine hair, too and what helps me a lot is to stay away from heat and to use sulfate free shampoos.
Make sure you don’t have an underlying hormonal health condition like PCOS or hypothyroidism that is giving you hair loss, see a doctor and get some blood tests done. Your diet should include biotin and collagen supplements and enough protein and fat, because you need those raw materials for a healthy scalp and healthy hair production. The “healthiest” diet is the one that gives your body what it needs and it may not be the same as another person.

I’ve been using the purifying calla shampoo and conditioner for about 3 months now, it’s completely changed my hair for the better! I did try the hydrating and purifying shampoo and conditioner first but they didn’t seem to work well for my hair. Also their intensive conditioner is a must!!

I took a look at their other products and can't find any with pink undertones. :( Not sure if any other shade will work for me and I'm too scared to risk it with expensive products. I know its expensive!! I bought mine on sale. so wait for sales! Have you tried Alima pure?! There satin matte foundation is something I used for years to cover my acne scarring because I find it can build nicely. It is less expensive. I just switched to liquid foundation in the past year because I find It works better on my skin these days

I love their powder foundation as it is super light if you want it to be, but you can also build it easily for full coverage! Have you ever tried the Raw Skin Ceuticals Creme Foundation? (NOT skinceuticals btw) Based on the ingredients that are in this Fitglow foundation, they are super similar. However, Raw Skin Ceuticals foundation is half the price :) You can also get samples to try at home first! OMG Girl I got you! I have long eyebrows too! It’s like omg! It curls at the end and then it just looks so weird!!! I have to cut the ends of them so they lay flat and look like a NORMAL EYEBROW!!!!!!
