It wouldn’t pair because it wasn’t working at all at the time, that’s why. Regardless of whether or not the dongle is paired the controller should still come on. No need to insult someone’s intelligence.

What if u don't have a PC to download the new upload
You may have to ask a friend if you can use their PC as that’s the only way to update as far as I know.
The buttons are tactile there way more responsive
The dongle is not paired thats why its light is flashing... A mind is a terrible thing to waste😅
