Culture | A Chinese Wheat Straw Artist

A Chinese Wheat Straw Artist is a mini-documentary that features the first wheat straw artist in China, Renjie Shi who doesn't paint with pens but with wheat straw to create an incredible world of fine art.
The film was shot in the Chinese city of Taicang in 2018. Yi directed the film in collaboration with her class fellows Weijun Xu and Yidan Zhao during her undergrad at Shanghai University.
