Try drinking coffee before awhile before you go to sleep, coffee stimulates the brain making you conscious, that way your body can shut down while your brain is still awake ergo a lucid dream. Also repeat to yourself that you are dreaming while you are going to sleep, that helps to tell your body that it can sleep but will tell your mind that it is still awake.
I don't often like to leave songs on repeat but every once in a while an exception comes rolling along...this is very pretty, thank you PinkiePieSwear.
