She know CJ because is a vagos member and she knows very well the GSF leaders 4. She automatically understand that being the girlfriend of CJ will benefit vagos family
3.1 She can follow every move in enemy gang, so she judge CJ that he "escaped" to LC. This was very important information for vagos cuz it means for them that GSF slowly collapse. Greens lost younger Brother (brian) in 80's then lost vice leader (CJ) of gang, so there is only one weak and conservative leader- Sweet. Vagos must be happy about it, so Denise definitely know this fact as well.
I would like to share my thoughts that because of a tenpenny refrence and the fact that she was found in both missions in vagos member's houses, I think Tenpenny is her boss, controlling her to get information from vagos (that's why she only works as a prostitute for vagos members as we didn't find her with any other gang) and also making her to date us to get information about the Grove Street family/gang or 2nd possibility could be that tenpenny is also working with vagos and everything else is same with 1st possibility and in both possibilities, the Burning Desire mission was staged and tenpenny purposefully sent us to that house to show her first introduction as an accident. one more note:- She doesn't forget us once we are out of Los Santos, you can hear her messeges on radio sometimes that she's missing us.
I have a theory... Denise being in that Vagos house in the first mission was 100% a setup and Tenpenny wanted CJ to meet her, why? As this video proves Denise was an associate to the Vagos gang and the Ballas and Vagos were in business with Tenpenny, they were business partners. The Grove Street refused this business proposed by Tenpenny therefore the Grove Street including CJ was a potential threat to his organization. CJ knew about the Vagos but he never knew about Denise and Denise being someone who's CJ are unaware of (undercover Vagos member) could be a perfect opportunity to gain more info about CJ hence the reason why Denise has no expectation of CJ. She never wanted to be his girlfriend, she just used CJ to gain his trust and manipulate that for the Vagos and possibly Tenpenny.
You have eagle's eye, man I never thought of this, maybe at some point we should try to unalive denise after the mission we meet on the first date so that game think she's dead, and check that if she's here again in this 2nd mission or not, this will be a complete confirmation for denise.
Fun Fact: If You At Any Point During CJ's Exile Spend Time In Los Santos While Exiled Denise Will Call You / Not Ignore You. The Game Is Just Programed So You Dont Have To Deal With Denise While Not In Los Santos
The unknown boss could be Frank Tenpenny himself, or why Denise "rejoin Big Smoke" if you dont treat her nicely (dont go on dates with her often) during riot in Los Santos? But it's not confirmed, just my theory.
