- It´s time for a chrusing video, a team consisting by a Metso LT130E jaw crusher and a Sandvik UH640 unit. The jaw crusher is feede by an EC480E and the material is taken to pile by the L260H with a ABL bucket in size 9,3m3 and empty weight of about 5,2t!
The material crushed in this video is 0-30mm

Simply awesome video, nice camera angle of the material being crushed and stockpiled. I like seeing the operator scoops up big scoops of crushed rock and stockpiling it. Look forward to seeing more of your videos. keep up the good work

Nice video - the 480 needs to go to the dentist lol, the loader bucket is huge for quarry work on the 260 but its working and he needs it to keep up with the crusher, hope you didn't get too dusty filming the operation. Cheers and stay safe
Haha yeah the tooth broke of, but they got another bucket there a few days later. Yes, the bucket is big, it´s a fine line if it is to big, or not :D They said that it almost takes material like a L350. When they produced as most with three fractions out at the same time he had a lot of work to do with the wheel loader. The wind was right at that time and blow away from me, so it was perfect!

How many tonnes/hr are you operating at? And what is your C.S.S. on the jaw?

it depends on the stones but around 350-600th it depends alot of the quality on the stones and what fraction you make. its a metso 130 so its 130cm wide
Hvorfor kjører dem bare 1 fraksjon?
Just där så är det två fraktioner, 0-30 och 0-16. Dem har kört både tre och fyra fraktioner samtidigt. Jag har filmer från flera olika tillfällen så det kommer att komma ut fler eftersom. Totalt krossades nio fraktioner. Allt från 0-4 till 0-150 och även material utan noll.
