How I made my Rarity Cutiemark skirt for my Rarity cosplay!

This is my first time making some type of tutorial video and I hope I don’t disappoint! This was super easy with a cricut machine and can be done in a few short time 💜

Shay, I appreciate the instructional posting. Sometimes seeing what you put together can seem overwhelming, but looking closer it's more how the different pieces go together rather than any one piece. So yeah, the skirt doesn't have much to it but when added to the "floof," the top, the wig, the makeup, etc it all comes together. Thanks again for the post!
