How long was shipping?
Are you still enjoying your laser 8 months later?
How was the learning curve with the software?

laser works well I use it often and for hours at a time to mark parts I make. learning curve is easy for simple text Graphics are a little more involved.
Can you add an air assist module?
I'm not sure.
Do you think this is equal quality to the Omtech brand?
Since I dont own both I cant say for sure if they are twins. But they have the same specs and power source. So I believe they may be and there are other names available as well.
Does the laser come with the measuring / focal tool?
No That is something I made

Get a proper pair of safety goggles, those ones included are almost always garbage.
Yeah there the standard inexpensive type upgrades are needed for sure.
Chinese manufacturing is a mess. The exact same model can be had with 100 different brands that might or might not add any value to the product. Very different pricing for the same product which adds to the confusion. You never know which of these 100 brands will last more than 1 year or trying to rip you off.
Yes i agree there are quite a few available. The deciding factor for me was being usa based and not having to deal with import and the FDA approval etc. as for how long it last well I guess time will tell.
