Not a bad fight, the camera is a lot more forgiving in this fight rather than the rest of the bosses lol. Ending is quite interesting haha. But yea, full game video is still processing, so I'll work on all bosses in the meantime. Enjoy!

Great, hope we can get a sequel soon. I’m eager to play briar in this form.
This game was deceptively a lot more mechanics-heavy that it appeared, to the point where even the human/knight difficulties felt like hard modes in other DMC-likes. Pretty good overall though, the visuals, presentation, and artstyle alone punch well above it's AA nature.
If there is a sequel I hope they expand the movesets by a lot and do more varied environments besides gray dungeons and grungy villages.
Honestly wasn't expecting this to be a cliffhanger and wanted to Dugal to die in the last scene mainly because of all the shit he did to Briar/Lute/Donovan and his daughter/ etc.
If it gets a sequel it definitely should improve it's flaws like the camera, tone down the color enemies, more environments and few other stuff.
It was a good game even tho I am aware of the flaws but the combat was fun especially some creativity it got. I enjoyed the story and the cliffhanger feels like a nice way to introduce it's other areas that weren't explored. I'm really happy the later patches got you to play her transcended form.
Definitely taking a lot of inspiration from Claymore, Berserk and DMC. But the story is quite likeably unique in its own way. I actually think it's quite similar in writing to another game of older generation :Chaos Legion in term of storytelling and progression.
It's really not unique. Mixing two things the whole time doesn't make it a new thing, it's more akin to plagiarism than anything.

This had an overall good story. Gameplay was meh, but for what i bought it for, it was worth it.
just finished this game, but had to watch the ending here on yt. The textures on xbox series x didn't load for the ending. awesome game.

Just completed the game myself. It gets really repetitive, and samey. And the camera can go die in a fire. But I actually really liked the story, and the two main characters so i did finish it. But the harder difficulties im not gonna bother with. Would play a sequel though i think. But I hope you get to stick with briar and lute, and not swap to someone else.... Main reason i actually finished the game was thoose two.
the sisters are good protagonists. They balance each other out, though sometimes they got a bit annoying with the dialogue. Camera get annoying during fights with numerous fast enemies, and man those waves in the last few levels were torture. I do hope for a sequel to the story.
@@Rubhen925 i almost rage quit on the timer level where you run after the flying lady.... Yes fast enemies and camera is a bitch. If the lockon made you go after it would solve most of it.
But the platforming on that level. Was one part where i Just couldnt seem to hit the right place to land and the camera Just tilted me something fierce there. Had to redo from start 4 times because i fell dow.n over and over on that one particular place....
Overall do you think this game is worth getting?
Ita a budget price and gave around 15 plus hours. Plus replayability with harder modes and stuff. For me one and done. The camera is wonky and the use of different colors to attacks enemies gets super annoying later on. I enjoyed the story and seems like it has potential for a future game. So whether it is worth it or not depends on if you're a compeltionist and want to do all difficulties.

looking at statistics, part 2 doesn't really do well for me unless it's a really big game, like 40-50 plus hours. I might as well do a full game video, which is coming.

The ending does sequel bait hard. And I think a sequel would be great. Plenty of stuff to improve upon.
It just came out at the time of your comment, so who knows yet. Devs seem to want it based on the ending and it is an indie game, so I guess it depends on how well it sell 🤷♂️
That is a massively unsatisfying ending, the world basically ended up twice as worse of as it was at the start.
And I'd wager since it didn't sell amazingly well, or even very well known in general, almost no buzz, the story is unlikely to get a resolution =(

Ohhh damn this is Uncanny , the Story is abit tricky... But the implication is obvious here. 😅
Briar turned into the Corrupted Vessel , she will eventually be Tainted by the Crystal Power... Her demonic transformation reflects Virgil's demonic form from DMC , and Kordelia the Reaper is Dante in which she just got introduced to the Fray or Sequel.... Briar surely will be the last Boss of the Sequel , if there's a Sequel. 🤣 ( It's not a direct rip-off , but an indirect plot twist similar to DMC's storyline ). Kordelia being the Badass Solo Chimera lady of the Sequel , altho she might turn good in the next game just exactly what 2 brothers had Dante & Virgil... Kordelia is probably an older sister to Briar & Lute or screw me if i'm wrong lol.

Lmao I hope not. I really hope briar/lute lives somehow. I'm assuming if it did get a sequel u run into her for a fight and she reports back to dugal like he told her to. Then later have to fight her again
