@@aguyontheinternet9095 There was no doubt about the context - for any employee. Besides, if it's not the employee's job, they should let the customer know they need to get assistance to do the job. Telling a customer "Its not my job" is inappropriate. A conscientious employee would find the appropriate words and actions to take to get assistance or direct the customer to the appropriate staff member.
This is absolutely unreal. How these people can sleep at night knowing they are forcing children through a system of literal slave labor is appalling.
