I use the full fat good stuff! Ranch or bleu cheese, usually from the refrigerated section in produce. I do like some of the Panera brand lower calorie dressings as well. I don't usually pour it all over my salad.

great job momma! Try the smoothies with some spinach. You could even eliminate the milk or yogurt or both. I just do blueberries, spinach, cinnamon, powdered peanut butter and a banana with water

Kelly a jewish friend of mine in high school gave me a recipe for plain tuna it was salt pepper and onions on a deli bagel wheat if you ever eat bagels again it is delicious
She said she started at 20 to 30 minutes, listened to her body, and 4 months in had moved up to an hour to 1.5, 5-6 days a week. (By the way it is the same to divide an hour of exercise up into 20 minute sections throughout the day :)

vanessa Herron I had my thyroid removed also, I have Hashimotos and being gluten free really helps with that and helps with weight loss. That being said I don't substitute gluten bread (white, wheat bread) with gluten free bread, I just don't eat bread at all well at least I try. Like more Maureen said take out the white stuff it helps.
I haven't been to the endocrinologist in awhile but I am do to go. Thanks for letting me know I never thought my levels would be effected by weight loss.
I also have Hashimotos and I've been playing with the idea of going gluten free. I follow Dr. Joel Wallach for the past few years and I'm just now coming around to considering a lifestyle change.
Kelly - House of Aqua Being gluten has helped my inflammation so much that I was able to stop taking my diuretic I was taking for 8 years for water retention and inflammation. That is if I don't cheat, recently I fell off the wagon with gluten and needed to take my diuretic again :(. I swell up so badly when I eat gluten. Hopefully I can get back on track again. Another great dr to follow us Dr Josh Axe, love his channel.

Because of my husband and my son's work schedule mornings are MY time. Sometimes I will squeeze a workout in at night when my son is at school.

I think the weight loss has been a result of feeling better. I take loads of vitamins and see an endocrinologist for my thyroid.

I don't like packaged meals because they have too much salt and preservatives. I am not a big fan of pasta so I don't miss it.
