    Awesome video as usual. I have a 1986 Chevy S10 2.8L and I bought a Noid light a long time ago to test my throttle body injectors and it saved the day...Big old thumbs up...

    Well done. I am chasing the mysterious PO 11. I also am plagued with the PO 455. My PO 11 says cam timing but also load bank A . It's a shame that VW cannot be more specific. I like my car buts its wearing on me to just parts here and parts there and nothing changes.

    No one ever does the 2011 3.5L intake camshaft position actuator solenoid removal and replacement. They are not on the top on the engine. Much more labor intensive.

    Open circuit is the tech term for meter hunting for ridiculously high resistance values. OC!

    My equinox has p001 1 code but doesn’t have check engine light on. Is that possible?

    • @OzMechanics
      @OzMechanics  2 роки тому +1

      Yes, so this can happen 2 ways. 1st, if someone just took off the light that illuminates the check engine. Second if this code is a stored as a history code. Hope this helps

    • @Ravenwest9876
      @Ravenwest9876 2 роки тому

      @@OzMechanics ok so if the mechanic took off the light that’s a sign of some fishy stuff going on I’m guessing?
      And what does it mean to be stored as a history code?
