Ingredients & How to Make (4-5 servings)
1. Defrost the pollack roe and milt in the refrigerator the day before. (You can also defrost them in running water.)
2. Boil water in a pot and blanch the plump bean sprouts for steaming for 1 minute, then cool them,
and blanch the roe and milt in the water. You can also add other seafood such as shrimp or squid.
3. I'll prepare the sauce.
Add a cup of the broth from the boiled bean sprouts, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of mirin, 1 tablespoon of tuna liquid, half a tablespoon of dashi, 3 tablespoons of minced garlic, 6 tablespoons of red pepper powder, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of starch and mix well. 4. Stir-fry 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large pan with the blanched seafood, then add green onions, water parsley, peppers, and blanched bean sprouts and mix well with the prepared sauce over high heat.
5. Stir-fry until the consistency is naturally established, then finish with a round of sesame oil and sesame seeds.
