It has some pretty brutal platforming, like the time early on when a boat is going through acid at constant speed, and you must regularly jump on top of platforms and fight through them, while being fast enough not to let the still-moving boat get away.

As for this game itself, I can see how it's not that great on the whole (reused bosses, too much reliance on platforming in some stages like that damned boat, joke bosses like Ithan and Arach) but Ironclad Desolator was a really cool idea for a boss fight, Exterminator Mech also looked awesome, and Gazer Guard had a pretty unique first phase. The plot also leaves one with mixed feelings. (*SPOILERS*, obviously.) On one hand, it was actually pretty cool what they did with the final boss and his motivation. On the other hand, not only it's a Blasphemous-style sequel hook ending that feels cheap (a bit like Mario even), but it kind of makes the entire game pointless. I may be missing something, but it seems like Therion ultimately changes _*absolutely nothing*_: Kyvok was going to drive Valfaris into the star anyway, so everything you are slaughtering during the game would have died anyway. It does make for a memorable and tragic antagonist, but I wish there was at least something (or rather someone) worth saving in that place, so that your character didn't essentially waste time there. I guess you can say Therion got a bunch of loot out of it, but your playthrough shows he didn't really need it anyway.

How do you guys fix the anaLog when I try to face right then the anaLog flicks left, especially when I need to aim fast. That's my only problem when I play this game and of course it's not the game's fault. My joystick's not broken, that's for sure.

I just hope someday there can be categories of difficulty for games so I don't waste my money on all the annoyingly hard crap. I don't care. I can't care about being THAT good at playing video games. Challenging is good. So is fun. Making sht constantly so hard the whole game requires repeating every section 50 times is boring and monotonous. Start paying me to play and then maybe it would be different.
