Your humor is like a jump-scare. Sometimes you see it coming and brace yourself; sometimes it comes out of nowhere. Either way, I'm always humorously startled.
I'd say, his humour is rather like a cactus in the desert. Sometimes you just randomly run into one, and it's always kind of prickly & dry. But golly, are you glad to feel its warmth, as a lush & green presence, even though you find yourself in an already scorchingly hot environment.

Very interesting discussion about mug shots in general, which I have never given any thought to before.
The psychology or, perhaps, abnormal psychology of the image in the mugshot is one of somebody trying desperately to appear defiant but really ending up seeming just very angry instead. I haven't heard this interpretation put in precisely this way, but that is clearly how it seems to me. The tension between that anger and defiance also shows an element of fear barely concealed. In some jurisdictions the accused is allowed some time to form a proper pose, how he or she would like to appear in the mugshot. We have been told by those close to the malefactor that this is precisely what he tried to do at great length. If that in fact is the case, then the image represents a failure of the effect he was trying for and thus the image we are left with.
The most surprising to me is how people choose to ignore the fact that this guy was under persecution from the start. They lied about Russia, the spied on him, they tried to impeach him over this and knew all along it was fabricated - the snakes didn’t want their wicked deeds exposed and Trump didn’t play the game nor did he he want to see them hand this country over to the Globalist elite to be ran like a communist country- United with other communist countries, under a one world government . This is their plan and Trump made us more independent and they knew he would, they knew he wasn’t one of them like the dirty rotten Rhinos are, he didn’t want wars or to get rich off of our young soldiers dying in stupid wars we have no business being in, etc. I pray God opens the eyes of the blind and humbles them enough that they see what is really happening . 3:41 I just wanted to point out. I was in Louisville Kentucky about a year ago and I remember every other convenient store had basically a paper with all of the mugshots for that week and the charges. I was told it was another police officer that would compile all of those who were arrested and publishing it as a Several page paper you can buy for a think $1.00 or $2.00 the crazy part is that everybody in that paper were made out to look like horrible people! At the time I had a family member that was driving a clunker, because the primary car was messed up and on his way to work he was basically profiled because of the shitty car. He was pulled over the cop, went through the entire car actually pulling out the loose dashboard found empty cellophane from the cigarette pack and arrested him! Ultimately the charges were dropped because there was no legitimate laws being broken, but at the same time because that person to miss work have the shitty car come out even more shitty! I know heroin was real bad, as well as people, stealing, etc. But targeting people I mean, I understand, profiling it either goes one way or the other. But to publicly out, everyone only to make a dollar. Exposing people that otherwise would not be exposed. Can affect a lot in their life especially people that are brought up on something stupid. Then again, imagine somebody trying to get their life together only for something like that to pop up when they go for a job. Your immediately judged.
Too bad your relative had to go through that. I hope he got over it and continued to live his life.
In relatively minor cases like this, they shouldn't publish the mugshot at all. It lives forever on the internet. Only in extreme cases, should mugshots be out there. Sorry this is haunting your relative, especially since he did nothing wrong and wasn't convicted.
I'm so sorry to hear this and I hope he's doing well now. I believe you abt the profiling. I was targeted by a trooper once for my car. My working car wouldn't start, I had no more off days, was the only lab tech that day for a pediatric clinic in the midst of flu season, couldn't find a ride, single mom, so not showing up wasn't an option. I had my beat up, old car sitting under a tree, hadn't been driven in 8 months, it cranked right up and I decided to chance it. I wasn't speeding, but as soon as this trooper saw me he got right behind me and he found a reason to pull me over. There were no other cars around me bc it was very early and he had been sitting there a little while. the tag was expired bc I thought the car was done for and wasn't ever planning on driving it again. He gave me a ticket, but said if I show him I can get the receipt for a new tag on court day he'd let me off,and he did. I had to remind him what he said at the traffic stop bc in court he acted like he didnt tell me that, guess being generous was against his nature and he coukdnt believe hed let me off the hook like that. I could see his disappointment when he looked in my old jalopy and saw a soccer mom in scrubs instead of someone up to no good. The system is set up to keep poor people poor and rich people rich

With the seriousness of this case, I'm sure the prosecution had their ducks in a row and were fairly confident in the outcome. Because the press was drooling, they'd have wanted to get the indictment out as soon as humanly possible. Naturally they would have had it all written out and ready to go, with minimal adjustments if necessary. For convenience sake a copy would have been sent to the clerk, in the likely chance that no changes would be needed and she could have published it immediately. Considering there was no real value to one side or the other having released it early, it's just most likely that this was an honest mistake.
