Вставка

- Zebra DelGuard mechanical pencils ( amzn.to/3884FIv ) are quite good. But they come in 5 varieties, all of which are hard to tell apart! DelGuard, Lx, ER, GR, 2C... what? This video will help compare and explain the entire line.

The regular DelGuard is my favorite pencil but I would like to try the LX version. I think ER must stand for eraser version.
i thought it stood for "ergonomic"
I don't really like the delguard line up. I think the system doesn't even work that well compared to the Pilot mogulair and Pilot Dr.Grip Ace. They are also cheap and very light.
Eraser - retractable??
@@naponnamchawat3536 i like the delguard. Light weight isn’t always bad quality, and heavier isn’t always better quality.
I'm so glad I found your channel! I'm a pen/pencil lover and I really enjoy how you get right to the point and don't miss any details. Bonus points for being a NYer like myself. My daily writer is a fountain pen and this is horrible but I've had it so long I can't recall where I got it and it doesn't have a manufacturer imprint or anything. I've been looking for one like it since I'd like have a second with a finer nib but I probably won't get that lucky. Anyway, thanks for your interesting and informative videos!
Read somewhere: GRip, LooX, ERaser
Thank you for this video, helped me understand the different versions.
I got the delguard er. In my place it is extremely rare to get a delguard or uni kuru toga but somehow I managed to get the delguard for around 4$ in a local shop.I love it and recommend it to everyone.I referred your review thanks for your review dude
The only thing i wish is the Delguard will make one with Much bigger eraser the ER should have eraser about 6X larger. Make it a twist eraser
I wanted a gr but it is too large , orginal delguard it is !
@@eduardomaldonado1647 I have mono graph with a rubber grip and it does have a twist eraser
When I used the eraser it wasn’t what I expected, it wasn’t as great as I thought
Huge thanks for your detailed explanation!
It really helps me to decide which delguard should I buy~
Even though I like gel pens I also love the mechanical pencils as well and when it comes to me watching mechanical pencil videos on UA-cam I prefer yours over clutch situation videos, don't get me wrong I don't hate clutch situation he is a good guy awesome videos but the reason I prefer your videos because you go more into details
I might go for the multi one because I draw and I’d love just to take one and have ink and lead. I have the standard one and I love it that’s my main drawing pencil for a few years now.
Hey Sal, have you heard of the Norma 4 or Super Norma 4 series mechanical pencils? They're four-color mechanical pencils from the 1940s, 50s, and 60s. I just got one a few weeks ago and I love it. Look into them if you haven't already -- they're a tad niche.
I love these videos! It's helped me find my favorites pens (Zebra Sarasa Grand, Pilot AcroBall Med 1.0mm, Sharpie S-Gel 1.0mm).
But I wanted to mention reviewing the TŪL Mechanical Pencil 0.7mm. It had a few note worthy things!
1 Inexpensive
2 Retractable tip
3 Similar type lead cushioned system
4 Inch long twist eraser!
Good tip. Will try to track some down. Thanks
@@unsharpen Office Depot $6.99
Amazon Prime 2 pack
$8.99 for 0.7mm
$7.63 for 0.5mm
I am waiting for mine (standard) to arrive from Japan, ordered on Amazon Australia
The design on the plastic cap on the LX is designed to allow air flow so you can still breathe in case that part gets swallowed
Wondering if i could put delguard multi pen attachment to sharbo
Thank u for the review 1 question though,
Is delguard 2C tip n clip is steel or plastic??
What lead does this take because I ran out and it didn’t say what type it was.
The black LX, it had an orange strip at the middle. Can you detach it? So I can spray it black lol
Please make a mono tombow mono graph shaker vs zebra delguard please hurry
Does anybody know if uni and zebra are owned by the same company?
As a two-handed maniac writer (I've never met or heard of anyone who writes like me), I love the Delguard system. I'd given up on mechanical pencils years ago because of how easily the lead would break, but this pencil brought me back to it.
Normally when comparing pens the differences are so minor, but this was the rare case where the difference was whether or not I'd use mechanical pencils at all.
You grip a pencil with 2 hands?? Could u explain in better detail cuz I've spent the last 5 minutes trying to imagine how'd that even work
@@presleychan3625 No, I write with two pencils, one in each hand.
@@QuadraticSquared Dude i have a Math teacher who writes just like you. You have a so much rare talent really. Also some people says Leonardo da Vinci has a talent like this but i am not sure about it anyway i just wanted you to know that you are not alone.
If you're not buying in Japan, the delguard becomes very expensive. I bought the type lx for 680 yen or so in Japan, around 7-8 dollars. Now, online, for me, that same pencil goes for around 18 dollars on average (on Amazon). Imo, at this point, may as well go for a Graphgear 1000 or rotring 600.
I have the gg1000 and it's just built better, since it is more expensive at retail, but if you buy online, it's going to be basically the same price as the lx.
Type-ER-aser?
I have a question about delguard 2c (2 colored and 1 pencil). where could I put lead pencil? , I can't find it.
My recommendation: unscrew the front end, pull the pencil piece off carefully, and refill it that way.
Just recently bought a delguard and im out here watching all the videos about my pencil lmao
I’m having a hard time choosing between the standard and type ER. What do you think I should buy?
I prefer standard. The er is a bit wider and has the rubber grip
I have the delguard er. It's great but my rubber got stuck inside and I cant pull it out so that takes from the whole point of the pencil.
Solid pencil. Especially since I have a heavy hand. Worth the price.
anyone know where you can find these in a retail store and not online?
Japan
With these pencils, approximately how short does the lead get until it can no longer be pushed without it falling off?
1cm?
@@unsharpen thanks :) that's shorter than in most mechanical pencils, it's less waste of lead
Which one is better for drawing?or any other pencil (0.3mm)
For drawing you might want to pick a drafting style pencil not something with a spring tip. If it had to be one of these then the kuru toga
I feel like kuru toga can do both since they all mushy pencil anyway.
Sal : you can pause the video to read my notes
Me : um I can't read it sorry
(no offence)
👍🏾
The multi pen is the best for me. I find the anti breakage system is not as spongy as the others in the line up. This multi pen is an overall disappointment. It has a cheap feeling, made from plastic, and it is not comfortable.
Did you like it or not? Im confused 🤔
@@behestiavci1260 I like the pencil part but not the rest.
Pentel DelGuard!?
zebra delguard
I think you mean zebra and not pentel delguard
@@unsharpen in my opinion pentel is the better brand so I would understand why it would be on your brain.
The Juicero of mechanical pencils. All that engineering just to prevent the loss of 2mm of lead after a drop.
What knocks us out? It's WZebra 🥶
Stop over explaining things
The video is too long? The explanations are too long? Too detailed? Too pedantic? Thanks for the feedback.
@@unsharpen i dont think so. video was nice
