It's making fun of gt and super scaling, I agree though it's hard to accurately compare, gt has insane weird power scaling. Super you know for a fact they are beyond time and universal, due to statements gt is just "implied" they are getting more powerful without any proof, but they do say they are getting stronger, so it's like however strong you as a viewer think they got.
I always put SSJ4 right below SSG on the power scale. But right below.
They're way stronger in super, and that's fine. We already know a multiverse exists, so GT is just one of those universes or timelines. 🤷♂️
it's likely gogeta is a little stronger than cabba if you use toei verse scaling to upscale gogeta and the rest of GT to low multiversal, which would let gogeta be similarly busted to cabba, and prolly even a little stronger than him. ssj4 goku and ssj4 vegeta might still be cooked, but gogeta with the ludicrous multiplier of fusion and ssj4 should be more than enough for even ssj2 TOP arc cabba.

And yes he's design isn't amazing but at the same time I think it fits the whole thing of he doesn't fight as often like vegeta and goku. And I'm one of those people who love he's and vegetas master and apprentice thing. Honestly, I stopped taking any kind of powerscaling related to DB seriously ages ago. Now whenever someone says that someone from DBS is "multiversal" or "can transcend the speed of time itself" it just sounds like a bunch of meaningless word salad.

And GT just doesnt really line up with Super, so the only way to make shit like this make sense is to throw out every bit of context of the characters individually. Super Statements should never be taking seriously they literally get diminished next chapters, Shin stated Vegito Blue was already stronger then beerus in the manga, later we see Goku use Super Saiyan Blue Perfected against Fused Zamasu which allows him to keep up evenly showing the gap from Vegito ain’t too far and literally next chapter Vegeta uses this Form against Beerus he gets in one good hit before pissing off beerus who proceeds to one shot Vegeta in the dirt, telling him he’s got over a million years before he could ever become his rival. The god Ki base thing was also far retcon in the anime and manga, characters like Toppo have stated Goku didn’t give off an energy off a god when using his first three super saiyan transformations not till god and blue he finally sense him admitting he gives off god Ki now.

So ya'll are telling me that this meme came from someone who found out that this mf cabba is canonically stronger before DB super and that he can solo the entire dbz verse like it's nothing, is that what I'm hearing? You're telling me that this mf who literally begged the prince of all saiyan's from a universe different than his universe's prince of all saiyan's before getting absolutely cooked by him in super saiyan, Can somehow, some way beat SSJ4 Gogeta? The being that somehow comes into existence with the two strongest saiyan's from universe 7 doing some dance, and his BOWER being significantly magnified into one , on top of that transforming into a state that is 4 times above a normal super saiyan which takes like a unholy ritual to transform into, and then his BOWER being multiplied by KAMI knows how much, can somehow be bested by someone in his base form from another universe? 😑
That's because apparently there's a random statement that said Goku and Vegeta absorbed ssg into base, and this is them significantly stronger than BOG or RF. And Vegeta stated cabba is equal to him. That's where the power scaling came from

Using the manga continuity (where SSJG scaling stays with SSJG and higher forms), Cabba _ain't_ touching SSJ4 anyones. Though he also isn't sub-Cell Saga Gohan - even in base - since him and the U6 squad were keeping up with Final Form Frieza in the ToP.
In the anime continuity... Saiyan beyond God is just ludicrous. For anyone who doesn't know, while in the manga Goku getting the SSJG amp and matching its power in SSJ1 eventually wore off before the next arc, it stuck in the anime. So in the anime continuity, _base Goku just becomes 1/50th as strong as the SSJG Goku that fought Beerus._ And since SSJG Goku was about to destroy the macrocosm if he _didn't align his punches correctly,_ that means if base Goku post-BoG slips up and punches a bit too strong against a really strong opponent, then _then entire 4 universe sized pancake stack known as Universe 7 is gone._
Then Vegeta gets some Whis training, _is stated to be even stronger than Goku in the BoG - RoF transition episodes,_ and then they both train for _3 years_ in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. And Cabba is still able to match Vegeta base-to-base, only losing out by the SSJ differential.
Therefore, anime Cabba might actually just clear GT with the sheer level of scaling under him. He's equal to 1/50th SSJG Goku x several months training under Whis x three years in the Time Chamber training with Vegeta in base alone.
I'd also like to note that the apparently more true to Toriyama's vision _movie continuity_ also doesn't seem to have Saiyan beyond God, with Vegeta and Goku matching Broly base-to-base initially despite the latter not being trained prior outside of whatever Paragus taught him (old man is _not_ doing God-level training).
