Good old Simpsons
The first 5 or 6 seasons were the only ones worth watching.

This scared me when i was younger
I remember back when I was seven and this episode aired. I laughed so hard when Homer sees the "Evil Versions" of his family and Lisa said "This is where you belong!!"
Well over 27 years(seasons) later and I still find it a riot!!

Season 1 Homer voice was lower and he wasn't as dumb and more a typical Dad. Lisa also was a brat like Bart and wasn't known as the A grade genius. Bart tended to be more the lead then Homer. They eventually made adjustments and season 2 - 8 were peak Simpsons in terms of quality. Season 1 was still pretty good though.
Seasons 1 and 2 had terrible animation and the characters were very mean spirited and the show was too emotional and Homers voice was different which episode does he change to his current modern voice?
In season 1 homers voice actor wanted a Walter Mathau sound

@@LDFE2002 by season 2, he had his more familiar goofy voice. It was only the first half of season 1 (and Tracy Ullman shorts) when he had the Walter Matthau voice

@@mattmcmanus957 I think the episode “Mr Lisa Goes to Washington” was the first to have Homer sound like he does in the golden age. The holdover episodes of Season 3, “Stark Raving Dad” and “What Flanders Failed”, still had the old-sounding Homer as they were a part of the second production season back in 1991.
I meant to say “When Flanders Failed”.
Dose anyone remember this or is it just me that when mr burns was reading the guest card he says oh this must be marge wife is written then lisa and Bart it shows then for Maggie it says expecting and he says oh this must be expecting like the card Haden been changed since marge was pregnant with maggie

@@AidanMclaren But I'm fairly certain the OP is correct by stating that Klasy Csupo animated the earlier Simpsons episodes, I never knew they stopped after season 3, I was just curious to know which company took over

When the simpsons had a soul
I dunno watching Season 1 i didn't like it that much. I found most of the characters to be mean spirited for some reason. Thankfully the first episode I ever saw in the Simpsons was Bart the General which was actually one of the better Season 1 episodes.
@@thecedex I agree it was terrible the most mean spirited characters back then were Homer clearly the worst he was always angry followed by Burns Moe Krusty Skinner and Wiggins even in season 2 the characters were mean spirited too and the show was too emotional as a whole.As for Homer he sounds different here which episode does he change to his current voice?

I think that was a different episode, I belive Lisa says that as soon as Bart coughs up his hat while in a trash can by Nelson and his bully friends? If so, i don't think that's in this one

Apparently the color discrepancies in earlier episodes are due to miscommunication with the animation studios in Korea.
