    I’ve been struggling with undiagnosed anxiety and panic attacks, daily, for over a year, and as I was listening to the affirmations, I felt as those I heard my inner heart say “I’M BACK!still work to be done, but I’m back!” Very good video!! Thank you so much!

      Me for the past 6 years and it's crippling.... Sometimes I can't leave my house

    I was surprised, this one did not work for me. This is my go to channel, has been for a while, but the focus on the breath and the focus on the body when you're already hyper focused on it = ambulance. At least it did for me last night. I don't know how you'd get someone to slow their breathing without talking about it, but that's what I need to find.
