I'd pull the valve cover and check the valve train. Sounded like top end to me but I don't know much about Yotas. *edit* listened again. Hard to tell over video. You can get one of those stethoscopes at Harbor Freight for cheap and listen while its running to pinpoint where its coming from. Or stick a long screwdriver handle up to your ear a listen that way.
