here is a special Spicy lunch for you.. Kerala Special Chakkappuzhukku..
this is a very healthy recipe with Raw Jackfruit.. Just try and enjoy the taste..!! Happy Cooking
Raw Jackfruit - 1 Medium Size
Coconut - 1 Cup
Green Chilly - 4-5 nos
Garlic - 6-8 nos
Pepper - 1 tsp or (Cumin 1/2 tsp)
Curry Leaves
Coconut Oil - 2 TBsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Salt
