Im not sure if I have the same lanyard you do but it does have a breakaway clip I can open by gently inserting flat end of screwdriver to open it revealing little plastic teeth.
hello, Thanks for the video.. quick question, how do you print it? I mean are you using PS? Corel? can the image be printed in word? and what paper size? Thanks
Mainly, we use CorelDraw. Photoshop can also be used. MS Word can be used however there is no color management in that program. It is preferable to print the lanyard on 13 x 19 paper.
You can still sublimate these but you may need to get a little more creative with your artwork. You may not be able to use a design that covers the entire lanyard. Our Sublimation team can help if you have any issues. You can reach them at 855.782.4657!
You can get very close. There will be a small line as you get close to the clips. We find it easier to work a fade into the artwork at both ends so that it is not as noticeable.
EXCELLENT VIDEO

I am very confused about using the teflon sheets. I heard you should not be using teflon as it retains moisture.
It depends on where you are. If you are in a more humid climate then teflon could create a problem.

Are you able to imprint the lanyard completely, from top to bottom, so no white is showing?
