Hi there, please visit our website www.ribbonwriter.com. This is a thermal transfer printer so it will only print one colour at a time as it prints from a thermal transfer foil. The printer will print onto most satin polyeseter ribbons and several other materials detailed on our website. The printer is unlikely to print onto natural cotton ribbon as the surface is not smooth and flat enough for the dry transfer foil to stick to it. I am looking for a machine that will print 3/8 to 2 inch ribbon, and will print multiple colors at once, such as to put photos on a ribbon. Do you have anything like that?
Hello Ravyn,
Our printer is able to print onto any width of ribbon between 7mm ( narrower than 3/8 ) and 100mm (4 inch ). Unfortunately our printer is not capable of printing multiple colours at once, and for high resolution printing like photographs you would need something like a Screen printing kit, which can be either very slow or very expensive! :(

No puedo decirle si el diseño del diamante trabajaría con su nueva impresora sin embargo no puedo ver porqué no lo haría.
Siempre y cuando haya instalado los controladores de su impresora.

The Ribbon Writer is not a printer for paper...we have modified the printer to allow it to print onto continuous ribbons. It is not set at factory default settings as this would not work.
Also, the prices include 12 months warranty, Diamond Design software, full and ongoing customer support, a selection of ribbons and foils, plus various other items.
