Les versions françaises de All I Ask You (Mon Unique Souhait) par Sierra Boggess & Bastien Jacquemart et Masquerade (Masquarade) par Sierra Boggess, Bastien Jacquemart et tout le cast de Paris du Fantôme de l'Opéra !!!
Les conditions de tournage n'étaient pas idéales pour moi car, en même temps que je filmais avec ma caméra dans la main droite, je faisais un Facebook Live avec mon iPhone dans la main gauche... donc désolé pour les nombreux mouvements de caméras et les quelques tremblements... Mais ça reste un beau souvenir avant le début du spectacle à Mogador à partir du 13 octobre 2016 !!!

Considering that Phantom takes place in France it's interesting to hear it in what's supposed to be the characters' language

Imagine being Sierra Boggess and not only being physically stunning and resemble a goddess but having the soprano voice of an angel. Wow. I was so sad to hear that the French production was coming to a halt hopefully after the pandemic they open it again.
Unfortunately it’s unlikely, it was stopped not by the pandemic but a fire back in 2016 shortly before it was meant to open 😔 It sounds so beautiful in French too.
It breaks my heart we might never get to see this production - I hope we get any kind of phantom in French one day. I would wait forever to see that!!! Gorgeous language
I wish I was in Paris right now. I really do. Just imagine going to see The Phantom of the Opera in Paris at a theatre two blocks away from the Palais Garnier, where Phantom takes place. I get chills just thinking about it.

I was going to go to France (dont know exactly where in France) for a skating exhibition with my Theater On Ice team, but it got cancelled cause of the Corona.

I'm so upset that the show has been pushed back a few months. It's really too bad what happened to the theater, though, and I hope they can get it back up and running again.
Alys the theater had a fire that destroyed a lot of the physical theater and the sets. There's also water damage from the sprinklers going off. The repairs will take months to do so we'll probably not see a French Phantom until the end of next summer or fall.
not just the sets but the costumes too! all burned, it's a nightmare!
Courtney Weimann I didn't know the costumes burned as well. That's really awful. That's a lot of hard work gone in just a few hours.
Mandi P yeah it' sucks the costumes the entire set for the mirror scene with a bunch of other stuff. At least no one got hurt though.

I had tickets for the premiere. I was so sad when it all did work out because of the fire.

I really hope they can do it at some stage, it just seems right considering it’s a French story. I think they should cast Manon (the alternate) though rather than Sierra as she has a truly amaying soprano voice and Sierra doesn’t even know French.
Melissa McDonald But Sierra learnt the whole show in french so she deserves to be Christine and is insanely talented, she’s also one of the best Christine’s I’ve seen

It never happened. Very close to opening night, the theater caught fire and the production was cancelled.
Kimnicpat hopefully in the future they may be able to work something out, it’s probably not likely Sierra would be in it though.
The fire at the theatre was imo suspicious.

Does Sierra really speak French? Like did she know before she took the role? Cause in an interview, she said it will be cool to learn it in French. If she just learned it I would be baffled. If she already knew French HOLY crap!
I think she just learned the script in French is all, other than that I don’t think she knows it at all. Which begs the question, with so many talented French people why not just cast it amongs them rather to bringing in American stars?!
Many singers can learn things phonetically without really speaking a language.
@@melissam597 to bring people to see the show. Musicals are not well known at all here, with Sierra as the lead, people would have come even without speaking French, just to see her. I believe she had a contract till January (so about 5/6 months into the run)
I feel like everyone speaks English but they learned it in French? Also sierra’s so cool!!

TomMatt2015 well Ik the song by heart in English and by like their singing the dancing and like the rhythm of the piano Ik what their saying and like what part of the song their singing by that (btw i don’t understand French I am terrible at understand French like terrible)
