Thats a common problem for round volume control kyun k wo mechanical hota hai aur kuch months k baad problem krta hai. Aap us ka voume control by-pass kr lo ya kisi be electrics shop se krwa lo to save your headphone. Digital volume controls waley headphone mein ye masla bohat kam hota hai.
