Where can you get the drift tool for the front hub?

you can cover threads and holes with bathroom sealant It dries out in the oven and then brushes off

if your front hub is chewing up speedo gears regularly, is there an easy way to clean out the hole without taking front hub apart? If its the metal gear inside the front hub, can you replace just that part or is it a full replacement of the front hub assembly?

Wouldn't it be easier to install the speedo gear before you install the the hub to the fork?

Sir, can you please help me that is there anything inside near the speedometer worm, as the speedometer of my Vespa NV 150, stopped working after changing the worm its also make some sort of sound and then stooped working and jammed there, I puted there a steel speedometer worm, its also not worked with the plastic worm, I am having a new speedometer installed and a new cable the meter is moving but how to fix it near the worm please help sir
