Indeed Huy Fong is "the" green cap Sriracha. I love that stuff. I've tried maybe a dozen others and my preference has always been obvious. I'll have to test this out. PSA for anyone hating on Tobasco in general: the regular Tobasco does wonders for soups. Put a tablespoon of it in a finished soup, especially soups like potato leek or other purees. Sometimes they might sense the slight vinegar flavor, but they won't know that it's Tobasco.

I like using a few Hatch peppers among others in my homemade sriracha for their unique flavor... fermenting the peppers and garlic for several weeks before putting everything together. Cheers!
The original Tabasco Sauce was the first chilli sauce that I ever tried. I loved it back then and I love it still now. I’ve tried the Habanero and green ones and love them too. I’d love to try the Scorpion Pepper one but it’s not readily available in the UK.

I burned through a large bottle fast. Then it was off to the races. Looking forward to trying Tabasco Scorpion if I ever see it in the store here. I'd try that Sriracha too, in a heartbeat.
