One question though, I have an impressa z7 where the ceramic valve needed to be replaced, but, I can't figure out which water lines go to which nipples on the black part of the valve. Can you post a video showing which line goes to which nipple as well as the other end please?

Hi Nick, Do you know what can be used to lubicate the o-rings? I hear olive oil works just fine. May need a new brew group for my F9 - but would like to do a good cleaning first. Thanks!

I have the empresa E75 with missing tray message . If i push the detect swith from the slot i does activate and fixes the error .

Hi Nick, thnx for your fix-videos. They're very helpful! I am the owner of a Jura ENA 9 micro. It gives a error 6 message. At the same time I can't get the residu (garbage) bin out because the brew module was down and was blocking this bin for taking out. After opening and disonnecting the brew unit, i could take the bin out, but also after disconnecting 10 minutes from the electricity socket, the brew-unit stars down. Any idea what to do?

I turned the descaling program three times because a nozzle was a bit stuck and now water flowing out of the middle of the nozzle. Is it possible that there is now a coffee spill in the nozzle that causes this behaviour?

Hi Nick. Great videos. Having a problem with my F90. Basically, the water is not getting as far as the coffee and ending up straight in the tray. I've managed to work out that the water is coming from a spout in the space where the tray goes. It is a horizontal part with a spring on the right and spout on the left. Any ideas why the water is extracting here rather than going to the coffee? Thanks in advance

Hi thank you for the video, i managed to put my machine in pieces and back together and clean it a bit inside. However I don’t think I fixed my problem. For some reason the coffee sometimes is not “done”. The beans are ground, but the powder is not brewed. Water somehow makes it to the tray and the ground coffee, dry, is placed in the grounds basket. Any idea what I should look at?

Hey guys! Do i need to order a special tool for this or can i use regular screwdrivers? Ive heard about this "Ovalkopfschlüssel Jura" you need for some of them?
