I'm not a video person, except to watch......not at all interested in learning about it......but i do appreciate all your different ways that you switch from this to that, such as your hearts and the circles, too. i know you had switches in the former video also, but am unable to call them to mind. you're talented!!!! i think the Alaska quilt in your color choices is going to be beautiful. it is an effort of love, certain and for sure. the wife of the man ordering it is lucky indeed. i've been at a standstill as far as my piecing of quilts as of late.......depression has gotten in my way......my travels with you are encouraging, and then i go in my sewing space and just have not been able to move forward. i am a prayer, and i know God is with me.......he's carrying me thru this, and i know i will come out the other side in HIS time. i'm being still,, and am enjoying your videos oh so much. I've already watched the previous quilt at the quilt show at the winery several times. Such beauty, such talent, and sooooo much work to put all of that together for us to enjoy. Many thanks to ALL of them. Thank you again, Rose, for videoing and sharing with us. God's Blessings.
I see the pattern is available on the internet. Designed by Editya Sitar, but wow it has so many tiny pieces. Much respect to the lovely Amish lady making this. What skill and patience.
Super community life in older ways and the garlic looks great. The quilts are beautiful - the finished one indeed gorgeous. I also liked the Janome in the treadle - I love my treadles! Thank you - the Alaska one is going to be wonderful. Nice sewing ladies.
Love the beautiful countryside ❤

Do they sew together by hand or machine. And what about the quilting. Machine or hand.
Hi! They sew by using a treadle machine but all quilting is done by hand! Next video I will show a close up of the quilting!
