The new arcana makes me think that it would make Toastie much stronger when reaching level 100, since you receive the huge max hp boost but not heal relative to the new max hp unless the arcana doesn't work the way I think it works
Judging from things Dex said, he's thinking the same thing. I was going to leave a cheeky "I wonder how that new Arcana would work with someone with 65000 Armor..." but it is unnecessary.
Also I won't spoil the outcome but it's not as OP as you'd think for damage output. But you can abuse Laurel to quickly scale Toastie out of danger range and end up with essentially a very normal run and an easy lv200.
If you get the random character with the name that starts with "mi" he will have over a million health at around lvl 20

That part is a new mood that I'm going to adopt in my life
So from what i see from sigma is: the galaxy hole thingie (after you get the special item) you cant gain level up or pick passive items during the duration but you can still collect the exp gems untill the durations off after the effect off the exp will be flooded untill the next galaxy mode happening
One thing is that her weapon important stats (Damage-Duration and Cooldown I think) and her other stats (Luck-Curse) grow every level, but idk if they have their own caps or if the stat rates are different at certain level milestones, you can see Duration and Speed grow at the beginning of the run but near the end they are not as high as you'd think they'd be if it were a consistent 1% per level
I finally got time to actually play the game myself and hit an infinite NFT glitch the first time through the dairy plant. I think it had to do with opening the casket at the right time, but ya, it was an easy 5th run Dairy Plant victory lol
I was so looking forward to seeing your reaction to how incredibly busted the queen is.
I want them to increase the price of this game or do something to actually be paid enough for this game
Blizzard for example makes shitton of money releasing disgusting cash grab games and people waste their money on that garbage, these guys would actually deserve it
Just played her and she literally ripped though a stage just leveling up her base weapon. Getting 100k kills to unlock her final weapon is easy. Managed to get like 5 arcana picks for her in my run in Gallio tower.
Dex you can banish the last lvl of Santa Water (and every other weapon too) so it stays at lvl 7 and doesn't evolve. Limit Break still works.
So no more worry about chests anymore. :)
can confirm this works, been using it to limit break gatti amari without evolving it on gold farming trouser runs
She might not require all secret characters unlocked. If "pure of heart" for Cosmo wasn't changed to "no Eggs equipped" and still requires 0 picked up at all, Queen Sigma is herself the only surefire unlocker for Cosmo.
Cosmo is also pretty funny with the new arcana, on top of the Toastie you plan to do.

so thats what happens when you actually take advantage of the new arcana, only really messed with the new character and weapon so far and theyre both amazing already. one weapon on sigma and i easily got lvl 2000+ with nearly 10M dps on victory sword
I can't wait to see Dex's reaction to taking 10 damage from Reaper and killing it before he benefits from Awake.

the game after r the update have a bug that when you limit brake a weapon if you have teragisu and then you loos it after you started limit braking you will not get new offers just more limit brake
until you evolve a weapon
Yea, you have to pick up a chest, this happens from time to time. Evolving is not necessary, just a chest

I made it to lvl 1500 which is insane to me I usually never make it past 200 but my first run with her I got to 1500. Crazy character.
You don't need all secret characters unlocked for Sigma. I just loaded up, did my level 99 clerici run, but I don't have the ghosts unlocked.

I've got one ? in my collection... it looks like a black and white cat (kind of like Gatta Amari) right before the silver ring in the collection, but I know I've used it and evolved it before.. what do I need to do to fill it out? EDIT: Nevermind! I figured it out, just had to start with Gatta Amari and take the arcana that gives the birds, guns and cat a companion (among others)
She gets her last level up bonus arcana at level 108?

Did my first run of the new character today my level ended up at level 1130 (luck 568)(growth 1521)(greed588)(curse779)( stage the library)(enemy’s defeated 206748)this character is totally busted with the right build (had to edit because I got a ton of level ups during the reaper kill)
New weapon Evo needs it on Lvl 12 and Torana at Lvl 9
Get the Victory Sword evolution on the dog.
Call it O'Sole Solution.
Red death can be really easy to kill if you have the right build and patience without cheeseing it
Corridor/Shroud nuke him in seconds, especially on egged chars

Considering Crimson Shroud only did 11.1M, surely it was all your other weapons that did the work on killing the reaper, which is hilarious considering how much of a reaper killer it normally is at cooldown cap if you let it. (For example, pretty sure I had a solo weapon Divano run with no eggs that he killed the reaper is just around 9 seconds, back when they first made the change to Crimson Shroud that allowed that to happen, before I knew the change happened.)
In general, Crimson Shroud has a special effect that deals abnormal amount of damage on the Reaper. it doesn't seem to be listed like Corridor is which halves it's HP. But the main weapon is incredibely strong so I wouldn't be surprised if it did a majority of the work
Me: "Let's do an Aesthetic build: Victory Sword, Manajja, Soul Eater, Infinite Corridor, Santa Water, Tri-Bracelet"
30min later: Lv1200, haven't seen the round timer since 25min thanks to Tri-Bracelet, 250k gold just from Gold Clover RNG, my Level Up invuln frames are so long that I only die twice before Corridor kills the Reaper, and White Hand kills you even through Level Up processing so I don't even know what level I actually reached.
Queen Sigma, esp with Wicked Season, seems balanced. ;D No complaints here, we have challenge in this game, so goofy stuff is fine.
Did anyone else have problems getting candybox? I literally used it on a character yet it's still not in my collection.
did you try just doing a run with the merchant guy? that worked for me. just start a run with him and end it. check the collection. if that doesn't work, you can do the old reset the computer after uninstalling the game and reinstall the game. if that doesn't work report the bug. of course, that suggestion will likely do nothing. but, a fresh install might help. but try the merchant himself first.
@@bongchoof I'm pretty sure you should only be able to find items already in the collection on other characters, that's why it makes no sense.
Maybe I'm doing it wrong but Gains with wicked season beats out trouser and its a big difference. It seems very hard to scale Trouser's damage and he doesn't get many levels compared to gains. Maybe that changes when Trouser gets massive amount of eggs? Like over 10k or something
Gains breaks with Limit Break. Without he gets outscales eventually.
The issue here is a decision how far you want to go with eggs. My Gains is already broken and has a low egg count at roughly 2k or so.
@@DexTag i have a bit over 2k on mine. Are you talking about how the swords get too big and stop damaging? I get other weapons to cover that or I just get the cat eyes to stop leveling for the most part. Santa water ends up being the most damaging thing in the end if the swords break.
@@matrixcom69 yea, the problem is that for optimal gold farming you want to level and kill forever. Anything beyond 1 single weapon will become a struggle for optimal farms that one shot the moment enemies spawn.
E.g. on Trouser only 1 weapon is taken for that reason, at times when needed also Laurel since it gets no limit break stats

@@matrixcom69 yea, but these take insane amounts of time to test all combinations and also multiple golden egg stages. The main stages are 90% cdr and then capped stats at 900/400%, but there are more due to curse growth

I’m a new player and have only played for like a week and I see this and I’m just confused. How does he get to level 100 in 13 minutes. I can’t get to 20 minutes yet and my highest level is only 40. I barely get near that most of the time and I’m not seeing much more improvement because I don’t know how builds work and stuff

In my first run i reached lvl 1k+ and around 350000 kills with only the new weapon

Well... kinda got a bug on 1rst try with her (wanted to max out curse before going for the weapon and as averything was maxed out but the weapon at level 4 it got limit break upgrade so started again)
And with the new arcana I've gone to level 1100+ insane stats and just feel like she is the last character you'd ever need... Now I don't know if it's a bug or a feature but It seems that eggs don't work on her... Well Gonna wait a few days to see if there is others patches xD
Edit: comment was made before start of the video and now I know the eggs are a feature as I didn't see the eggs get shoot while I played...

What time does this release?
Today I played the Beta. I completed the collection, but nothing happend. So I quit the game and apperently a small beta update came out. So with good hope I started the game again in Beta mode. But still no queen unlocked. I cleared everything in game. So I decided to go back to the normal version. When I started my game, a lot of achievements were missing.... So I decided to complete the missing achievements again. After I completed everything again I decided to start the Beta again. All achievement and secrets finished but no Queen. So I went back to normal mode in the hope that this is a bug in the Beta. A couple of hours later Finally the update released for the normal mode, but still the same , I completed all achievements and secrets but no Queen ....... :( any 1 an idea what I could do ?
You are probably missing hidden unlocks. You can compare it to my collection or check your unlocks tab
Yeah, it's not just achievements. You need to complete the collections list. Which is 122 items in the Beta I believe. You also need to unlock all the other characters in the game. By destroying the bone ball in the bone zone, you unlock the ability to use passwords to unlock all the characters. This is your choice. Exdash still has to be unlocked the old way I think. Use Red Death to break the bone ball. Just head straight for the ? in the bone zone IMMEDIATELY with red death and just stay right smack dab in front of him as he rolls. if you level during this process, pick up things that might help damage it. just use silent old sanctuary. be patient and it will break.

North of the spawn poin Bone zone you will find a circle of flower
Stay inside that circle for like 10 seconds
Go to the bone zone keep going north untill you see a circle of flowers going zoom in and out stand there untill the sound jingle happened
Go up to the silver ring. Then keep going up a while more.

This is the best gold farming char, but by the time you have her, what is even the point of farming? Will there be an update that brings new elements to the store? otherwise you have everything and all money is most likely maxed out cause you no longer need to buy anything.
It's for Golden Eggs, this amount of gold would not be required for power ups

@@DexTag Maybe, but with 4 extra Arcana as well as the ability to start with her 3 right away and to always pick what she wants, AND the best weapon in the game built in with enough rerolls and stuff for anything you would ever need, as well as scaling stats...just HOW MANY EGGS are we talking for it to be worth playing someone else. Besides you liking someone else of course. She never needs another weapon and surviving for her is trivial even if starting with the greed arcana. I'm guessing 20k eggs to just approach her. MAYBE. Probably much more.

You either get them or don't, however the game requires no actual dedicated gold farming, so gold farming usually always refers to golden eggs :)
I can of course understand the point of e.g. someone wanting to fill out their power ups quickly and they look for a guide, but this is not what most people look for that want to max out their stats and just go crazy
@@bongchoof it actually happens pretty early but not super early. The issue is the first 11 minutes are not great for gold farming, that's when Trouser gets his second Arcana, the gold one.
He also gets Greed per level up, which is really significant. The issue is that Arcana lose in value once you get to around 2k eggs, way earlier if you keep empty tome. At 2.3k I got -90% CDR which means I can go for another passive but way earlier if I keep empty tome. That means with Empty Tome after roughly 4 runs on Queen you can expect Trouser to take over

So, playing the beta....immediately nerfed and bugfixed. I guess the numbers were double dipping somewhere.
Nerfed yes, bugfixed no. The HP bonus got halved.
I am on a test run with 100k Max HP @ 24 minutes.

@@DexTag I have no idea how you are getting your numbers so high. I tried replicating your run and it might as well have been an ant compared to a whale. I couldn't get the might above 2k I believe. WTF?
using any other weapons on her is a waste. silent sanctuary, greed, and the area one are the best 3 starters. honestly, very fun. 20k crits on the end of my run and i know i could do better. she is the best character in the game for sure. i have no idea how many eggs it takes to equal 4 extra arcana as well as the ability to guarantee what you want every level but probably a shit ton. not to mention she has scaling stats as well.
It's 2 extra Arcana, you get 5.
And I agree with you, the main weapon is really good except for gold farming, there it's worse compared to other options
