Today we limit break Legionnaire on Maruto Cuts, but again with the goal to achieve the highest HP possible making use of Divine Bloodline, challenging the 2.3m HP Myang Moonspell managed to achieve with an (over-)healing build. Needless to say, the record was completely crushed, but the question is: By how much, and what more is possible?

i always knew that Maruto was the strongest character! know i also know that he also is potentially the healtiest one (12M hp is ridiculous)
11:22 level 5 of the sword is: "Every fifth activation has combo finisher". That this big bang on the screen "eating" the kills not counting with bloodline, cause (my theory) it is not retaliatory damage.
Night Sword or Victory Sword without evolution working good too.
P.S. My favorite arcana :)
If you find a way to get cosmo to work and optimize for levels you have 10+ extra revivals meaning you could have a much lower max hp amount but still outscale it due to growth from revivals.
It would also be very interesting to see trying to max out retaliatory kills without empty hp !
Ive tried it on my phone, You still got loads of kills with the sword. And youll kill them much more often with the knights running over the screen. Got to minute 26 and then crashed. had about 140k hp and 31 revivals.
So if i at this point collected all the extra health and used my revivals. It wouldve ended up at 10.3m hp at that point
i assume that on pc and being able to make it all the way would easily blow 12-13m out of the water

Amazing video. Imo, I don't think that going for Crimson Shroud will do the same. I'm my runs I always take it and it kill the reaper in a blink, causing the white reaper to appear instantly and even thou that with awake you get more stronger and have more hp you will have less hp than doing it with legionnaire. I hope that there is any other occurrence to get even more HP with another item xD so I can enjoy once again your video doing it. Yeah, Bugaloo of Illuuusions is more of a "get there sooner" than a "get there at all" Arcana, which absolutely has merit.
But my crazy Toastie run with Legionnaire and before Paranormal Scan so NO bonus Area aside from Limit Break, the ghosts still covered the screen anyway.
Paranormal Scan runs just don't strictly need it which is great for freeing up Arcana and/or simply NOT doing Inverse, especially if the weapon is already huge like Godai Shuffle. It's still huge if you need to hit high area sooner like King Bible or Garlic type runs. If you can avoid it, turning off Inverse is like tripling your weapon's damage.
Not doing Inverse would mean you delay an Arcana from 11 minutes to 21 minutes, that's a huge shift many weapons can't afford. It also means only 1 starting Arcana and you have to rush to the second one (e.g. if you take Wicked Season and Silent Old Sanctuary), meaning you don't get the easy and large amount of early XP, or you take it but get less due to less Cooldown or Growth. It also means the evolution of Paranormal Scan is delayed.
Not taking Boogaloo makes a big difference but it depends on the weapon, some weapons only cover the spawn zones once you are at ~25+ minutes, there it's really necessary. But I don't know all the weapons by heart so the best go-to option is Boogaloo of Illusions
@@DexTag In this context I meant skipping Bugaloo entirely and being satisfied with basically having tripled damage, not for your videos but as a consideration for any other madmen doing these things.
And I did mention this is on a case-by-case, some weapons simply cannot go anywhere without the extra Area stacking up quickly.
My typical route is Silent Old Sanctuary to start, and obtain Wicked Season whenever I'm confident I won't die to the Atlanteans guarding the Arcana Chest. The 11 minute 3rd Arcana is decided per-weapon of course.
My comment was just in the context of some early parts of the video where you were musing on the Area problems you ran into with this weapon, not on your playstyle for these videos in general.
But I do suspect some weapons would probably do better with a 11min Bugaloo and no 4th Arcana than against enemies with triple HP all the time. But we've done pretty much all the weapons anyway.

Yes you can pull it off on Inverse mode (i've done it) but it requires thinking
Regardless if you pull it off you'll be astonished by the results, and yes it's way more OP than the current video you put up here.

Huh? The slam shouldn't count as relatiatory damage to 99%, the only retaliation the weapon has outside of the projectiles is when the character gets attacked. This would go against how the weapon used to work and was nowhere mentioned to have that change

It does not matter, in which order you get health bonuses: from items, or from revivals. Its multiplicative, i.e. commutative. Like "1.1*1.1*1.1*1.2" is the same as "1.2*1.1*1.1*1.1".
My problem why I wanted to do it ASAP is a very rare one, that I pick up a magnet before I get the items I need and then don't get to max out the items. This relies on when I get the Candybox and after that, that I get better chests than just normal chests. With the amount of Luck there are many guaranteed triple chests, but not all of them can be triple chests, some will always be single chests (or have an insanely low chance to be a triple chest). So it had nothing to do with the order of Revivals/item pickups, but not running out of level up options

shouldn't making the projectile insanely big as well solve the problem?if both are screen wide then faster should win, right? also why not just walk in small circles so projectile hits everywhere instead of just leaving half the screen uncovered (before it actually got big enough to do it with just the area that is)
Thats what I had and destroyed all, for some reason the Legionaires barely kill anything when too big, up until 28 minutes
Cosmo also gets revival every 100 lvls. Isn't it better? I don't think he gets much less from bloodline and with that lvl it's 14 more revival

It may also spawn during the battle with The Directer should the player have any revives.

I reached 25M Hp on my own, I played with Cosmo because he gains bonus revivals, and I chose Legionnaire and paranormal scan, Max Curse, Crown, same arcanes as this video, and I used 45 revivals in total

14:49 u had over 1k kills per second, why wouldnt u stay there?
The game can't spawn that many enemies, look at the number of kills per second and it always stays at 600 at most.
