I also have an idea of how you can secure all of the parts better so that you could move the box without upsetting the contents. I use 5mm foam core board to create my own custom inserts for board games. If you cut one sheet of this so that it sits snugly inside the box and then put all the rule books back on top, this will help to keep the contents in their own wells, without having to resort back to all those plazzies. Also simply cut a small, finger sized, hole in the foam board, so that you can use this to remove the foam board easily.
